金融危机下主权财富基金的投资动向研究

【摘要】：全球金融危机对SWFs的投资策略产生了深远的影响。SWFs由2008年第一季度的投资过热转向投资萎缩;它们在金融服务业遭受了巨大的损失,部分主权资金分移出去,但金融部门依旧是SWFs最主要的投资目标;受巨大投资损失和国内经济恶化的影响,部分主权资金退回国内市场。但是,新的交易似乎表明,SWFs已再次开始把目光投向海外寻找赚钱的投资机会。事实上,目前的环境为有耐心的投资者提供了丰富的机会,此时的投资时机恰好遵循了古老的投资真理——"低卖高买",这点应该尤为SWFs所重视,它们应该开始寻找战略性投资以进一步实现其盈利目的或国内长期经济发展目标。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis has a profound impact on the investment strategy of SWFs. SWFs changed from overheated investment in in the first quarter of 2008 to investment contraction; They suffered huge losses in the financial services industry, some of the sovereign funds moved out, but the financial sector is still the main investment target of SWFs; Some sovereign funds have returned to the domestic market as a result of heavy investment losses and deteriorating domestic economies. However, new transactions appear to indicate. SWFs is once again looking overseas for lucrative investment opportunities. Indeed, the current environment offers plenty of opportunities for patient investors. The timing of the investment at this point just follows the ancient investment truth- "low sales and high buying", which should be taken seriously by SWFs in particular. They should start looking for strategic investments to further their profit or long-term domestic economic development goals.
