包商银行乌兰察布分行网点转型的6δ应用研究

【摘要】:当前乌兰察布市金融业竞争日益激烈,包商银行乌兰察布分行作为首家进驻乌兰察布市的城市商业银行,秉承包商银行的发展理念,结合乌兰察布地区经济发展现状,正在探索适合自身零售业务发展的特色之路。 本文首先通过理论综述,确立了包商银行网点转型战略的实施是以6δ管理为理论基础;其次,介绍包商银行的基本情况、发展理念和运营战略,清晰地展示出了包商银行的整体情况,并对包商银行乌兰察布分行概况及个人金融业务做了阐述;第三,介绍了包商银行乌兰察布分行的运营环境,包括乌兰察布市地区的基本情况,重点对与包商银行乌兰察布分行发展密切相关的两大因素——地区经济环境和金融环境进行了介绍和分析;第四,对包商银行乌兰察布分行网点零售业务中存在的问题和原因进行了详细地分析;第五,对分行网点转型项目的实施进行了环境分析和必要性分析;最后,结合前述的相关情况和分析,以6δ管理为工具,提出包商银行乌兰察布分行网点转型项目6δ管理实施策略。
[Abstract]:At present, the financial industry of Wulanchab is becoming more and more competitive. As the first city commercial bank to be stationed in Ulanchab, the Ulanchab branch of the contractor bank adheres to the development concept of the contractor bank. In combination with the present economic development situation of Wulanchabu region, it is exploring the characteristic road suitable for the development of its retail business. First of all, through the theoretical summary, this paper establishes that the implementation of the transformation strategy of the contractor's network is based on the 6 未 management. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation, development concept and operation strategy of the contractor bank, and clearly shows the overall situation of the contractor bank, and expounds the general situation of Ulanchab branch of the contractor bank and personal financial business. Thirdly, it introduces the operating environment of Ulanchab branch of the contractor bank, including the basic situation of Ulanchab city area. The paper mainly introduces and analyzes the regional economic environment and financial environment, which are closely related to the development of Ulaanchab branch of the contractor bank. In 4th, the problems and reasons in the retail business of Ulanchab Branch of the contractor Bank were analyzed in detail. 5th, carried on the environmental analysis and the necessity analysis to the branch network transformation project implementation; Finally, combining the above related situation and analysis, taking 6 未 management as the tool, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of the 6 未 management project of Ulanchab branch network transformation project of the contractor bank.
