我国商业银行开展投资银行业务的策略研究

【摘要】：近年来，经济全球化，金融一体化导致全球金融市场竞争加剧，世界各国为适应全球经济形势的变化不断加强业务重组，调整创新，混业经营已经成为全球金融业不可阻挡的发展趋势。商业银行、证券公司、保险公司之间的业务界限已经逐渐模糊，各个业务之间开始逐渐渗透，商业银行从传统的存贷款业务向证R怠⒈Ｏ盏攘煊蛲卣梗と尽⒈Ｏ栈挂蚕蛞欢ǖ目突禾宸⒎糯睢Ｌ乇鹗俏夜尤隬TO以来，国外全能性银行纷纷进驻中国，凭借其雄厚额资金、专业的团队瓜分中国市场，我国商业银行在竞争上将处于劣势，因此，为了促进我国金融业的发展，我国将顺应世界形势实行混业经营。本文从我国商业银行参与国际竞争、应对融资格局变化和提高经营效率等几个方面来阐述商业银行发展投行业务的必要性，以最近几年国内商业银行发展投行业务的数据来分析其发展的现状，从营业网点、口碑信誉、资金实力、客户群体、范围经济等多个方面综合探讨我国商业银行开展投行业务的优势，从经营管理体制、产品服务能力、创新能力、人力资源等方面分析其开展投行业务的劣势，最后从调整投资银行业务的定位、创新业务模式，提高综合化服务能力、建立投行业务全面风险管理机制，强化风险控制、重视人才和机制建设等方面提出相应的应对策略。
