跨境贸易人民币结算推动人民币国际化研究

【摘要】：自美国次贷危机爆发后，国际社会对美元信心骤降，人们逐渐将视线转向币值相对稳定的人民币，人民币国际化的呼声愈想愈烈。对于人民币国际化的路径选择上，我们不仅要借鉴其他主要国际货币的国际化经验，更要为人民币找到一条适合我国国情和世界经济大环境的国际化路线。2009年4月8日，我国国务院决定开展跨境贸易人民币结算试点，正式开启人民币国际化进程。经历两年多的发展，跨境贸易人民币结算业务逐渐扩大地域范围和业务范围，在结算数据，政策法规和市场反应等方面均取得了良好的成效，使人民币更多地参与了国际贸易结算，得到国际社会的广泛认可和欢迎，，有力地推进了人民币国际化进程。尽管跨境贸易人民币结算业务还需进一步发展完善，在推进人民币实现国际货币转化的过程中还面临诸多局限，但它对人民币国际化进程的推动作用和意义非常，有效地促进了人民币使用范围在地域层面和职能层面的延伸，为实现人民币国际化做出了特别贡献。放眼未来，相信在我国经济政策的引导和相关配套措施的协调下，跨境贸易人民币结算必将得到更好的发展，人民币国际化也终会成为现实。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, the confidence of the international community in the US dollar has plummeted, and people have gradually turned their attention to the relatively stable renminbi. As for the path choice of RMB internationalization, we should not only learn from the internationalization experience of other major international currencies. In April 8th 2009, the State Council of our country decided to carry out the RMB settlement pilot project of cross-border trade. After more than two years of development, cross-border trade RMB settlement business gradually expand the geographical scope and business scope, in settlement data. Policies, regulations and market reactions have achieved good results, which has enabled the RMB to participate in international trade settlement more widely, which has been widely recognized and welcomed by the international community, and has pushed forward the internationalization of RMB. Although the RMB settlement business of cross-border trade still needs to be further developed and perfected, there are still many limitations in the process of promoting the RMB to realize the international currency transformation. But it promotes the process of RMB internationalization very much, effectively promotes the extension of the scope of RMB use in the regional level and functional level. It has made a special contribution to the realization of RMB internationalization. Looking forward to the future, I believe that under the guidance of our economic policy and the coordination of relevant supporting measures, cross-border trade RMB settlement will be better developed. The internationalization of the renminbi will eventually become a reality.
