【摘要】：长期以来,我们对国际货币体系进行改革的不懈努力都以失败而告终,可见此问题的重要性和困难性。全球失衡至少在几年之内不会完全消失,各国也已经自主开始了储备多样化的进程,但是无法保证这个过程会以我们想要的速度进行下去并且不造成破坏性影响。所有这些,都表明需要对国际货币体系进行大胆改革,并深刻思考特别提款权在未来改进国际货币体系运作中可能发挥的作用。
[Abstract]:Our persistent efforts to reform the international monetary system have long been unsuccessful, as can be seen from the importance and difficulty of the problem. Global imbalances will not disappear completely for at least a few years. Countries have also begun the process of diversifying their reserves on their own, but there is no guarantee that the process will continue at the speed we want and will not have a devastating impact... all of this. Both point to the need for bold reform of the international monetary system and reflect on the possible role of SDRs in improving the functioning of the international monetary system in the future.
