招商银行哈尔滨分行中间业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:近两年来,国家宏观调控力度不断加大,准备金率不断上调,银行贷款的规模扩张受到限制,单纯依靠利差收入实现收益的赢利模式已很难持续。配合总行“二次转型”战略的实施,招商银行哈尔滨分行致力于由利差主导型盈利模式向表外(中间)业务主导型盈利模式的转变,大力发展中间业务,努力降低资本消耗,中间业务的市场份额和收入占比稳步提高。但同时,招商银行哈尔滨分行在中间业务发展理念、产品创新、经济效益、制度建设、管理架构、风险管控等诸多方面存在着问题或不足,一定程度上制约了其中间业务的可持续发展。 本文从国内外商业银行中间业务的发展现状和趋势入手,结合国内外和本地区的宏观经济、金融形势以及招商银行哈尔滨分行的经营实际,在具体分析招商银行哈尔滨分行中间业务的开展现状、存在问题和内外部有利与不利条件的基础上,,从宏观设计与微观实施两个层面提出了解决问题的总体思路、基本原则、短期目标和业务定位,对招商银行哈尔滨分行如何解决制约中间业务发展中遇到的困难、促进中间业务又快又好地发展,进行了宏观策略的分析研究,提出了微观实施的解决办法。最后,本文针对招商银行哈尔滨分行中间业务的可持续发展,提出了具备一定前瞻性和针对性的实施建议。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, the state has continuously strengthened its macro-control efforts, the reserve ratio has been continuously increased, and the scale of bank loans has been restricted. It is very difficult to sustain the profit mode of relying solely on the income of interest difference to realize the profit, and to cooperate with the implementation of the "second transformation" strategy of the head office. China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch is committed to the shift from the interest-differential-oriented profit model to the off-balance-sheet (intermediate) profit-oriented model, vigorously developing intermediate business and striving to reduce capital consumption. At the same time, China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch in the intermediate business development concept, product innovation, economic benefits, system construction, management framework. There are some problems or deficiencies in risk management and control, which restrict the sustainable development of intermediate business to some extent. This paper starts with the development status and trend of intermediate business of commercial banks at home and abroad, and combines the macroeconomic and financial situation of domestic and foreign and the local area, as well as the operation practice of Harbin Branch of China Merchants Bank. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of the intermediate business of China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch, the existing problems and the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external conditions. From the macro design and micro implementation two levels of the overall thinking, basic principles, short-term objectives and business positioning. How to solve the difficulties of restricting the development of intermediate business in Harbin Branch of China Merchants Bank and promote the rapid and good development of intermediary business is analyzed and studied in this paper. Finally, aiming at the sustainable development of the intermediate business of China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch, this paper puts forward some forward-looking and targeted implementation suggestions.
