我国城市商业银行并购模式及效率研究

【摘要】:我国的城市商业银行伴随着我国经济的发展,从无到有,从有到优,先后经历了三个阶段,城市信用社阶段,城市合作银行阶段和城市商业银行阶段。城市商业银行的每次变革都是随着我国经济变化而进行,城市信用社阶段在我国改革开放之初成立促进了当时经济发展,结束于20世纪90年代市场经济替代计划经济成为我国社会经济的主导。城市商业银行开始于我国市场经济的建立,在此之后,我国加入世界贸易组织,对外开放程度加深,促进了我国经济的极大发展,城市商业银行也在此基础上得到了快速的成长,在我国银行业中开始占有一席之地。但随着对外开放程度的加深,外资银行也慢慢渗入进来,在面对国有大型国有银行和外资银行的激烈竞争中,城市商业银行该怎么发展成了一个迫在眉睫的问题。 首先概括了世界范围内的三次大规模的并购浪潮,然后对我国的城市商业银行的发展史,资产规模和出现的问题做了分析。由此得知我国城市商业银行存在着进行改革,寻求新发展的需要。值得高兴的是,我国从20世纪90年代就开始了在中小银行层面上并购的尝试,虽然有过失败和挫折。2005年徽商银行的成功合并重组为我国中小银行在探寻发展的出路上提供了宝贵的经验,并因此拉开我国城市商业银行并购的序幕。2007年江苏银行合并重组成立,2008年山东城商行合作联盟组建成立,在全国各地还有其他更多成功的案例。 作者在此着重分析了具有代表性的徽商模式,江苏模式和山东模式,从背景、发展历程和在并购重组中的创新之处做了描述,并运用DEA模型对徽商银行,江苏银行和山东城商行联盟中的青岛银行进行了效率分析,来验证合并重组给各家银行带来的影响,从中得出结论。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy, the city commercial banks in China have experienced three stages, urban credit cooperatives, from scratch to existence, from existence to excellence. The city cooperative bank stage and the city commercial bank stage. The city commercial bank each time transformation is carries on with our country economy change. At the beginning of reform and opening up, the stage of urban credit cooperatives promoted the development of economy at that time. In 1990s, the market economy replaced the planned economy, and the city commercial banks began to establish the market economy in our country. After that, China joined the World Trade Organization. The deepening of opening to the outside world has promoted the great economic development of our country, and the city commercial banks have also got rapid growth on this basis. But with the deepening of the opening to the outside world, foreign banks have gradually penetrated in, in the face of the fierce competition between state-owned large state-owned banks and foreign banks. How should the city commercial bank develop into an urgent problem. Firstly, it summarizes three large-scale M & A waves in the world, and then the history of the development of urban commercial banks in China. The scale of assets and the existing problems are analyzed. From this, we know that there is a need for reform and new development of urban commercial banks in China. Since 1990s, China has been trying to acquire and acquire small and medium-sized banks. Although there have been failures and setbacks, the successful merger and reorganization of Huizhou Merchants Bank in 2005 has provided valuable experience for the small and medium-sized banks in our country on the way to explore the development. The merger and reorganization of Jiangsu Bank was established in 2007, and the Shandong City Commercial Bank Cooperation Alliance was established in 2008. There are more successful cases across the country. The author focuses on the analysis of the representative Huizhou business model, Jiangsu model and Shandong model, from the background, development process and innovation in M & A, and applies the DEA model to Huizhou commercial bank. The efficiency analysis of Jiangsu Bank and Qingdao Bank of Shandong City Commercial Bank Alliance is carried out to verify the impact of the merger and reorganization on each bank and draw a conclusion from it.
