中山C银行中小企业信贷业务研究

【摘要】:中小企业是我国国民经济的基础,是推动我国经济发展的主要动力之一。位于珠三角的中山市,改革开放以来经济持续快速发展,中小企业遍布全市,形成了鲜明的“一镇一品”的产业集群发展态势。随着宏观经济的调整和次贷危机的深入,中山市中小企业发展由于融资渠道狭窄、自身经营不规范等也同样面临着融资难的问题。 C银行是一家大型的国有股份制商业银行,为客户提供全面的商业银行产品与服务,在中国银行业居于市场领先地位。近年来,C银行不断优化业务流程、创新金融产品,加快业务发展,特别是为广大中小企业提供全面的融资服务,竭力解决中小企业融资难的问题。中山C银行作为一家二级分行,,秉承“以市场为导向、以客户为中心”的经营理念,坚持融入中山市本地特色文化、支持当地经济建设,积极配合中山市政府鼓励中小企业业务发展,不断加大市场营销拓展能力,为中小企业的壮大发展提供多渠道的融资产品,保持良好的市场竞争力。 本文在对商业银行竞争力与市场营销、中小企业信贷融资等相关理论综述基础上,分析了中山市中小企业的发展情况和产业集群的特征,并进一步分析了中山市中小企业存在融资渠道狭窄、自身经营不规范的瓶颈问题。同时本文概述了中山C银行中小企业信贷业务的发展情况,进一步阐述了中山C银行中小企业信贷业务的组织架构及信贷业务流程中的五大职能模块,同时简要阐述了C银行中小企业信贷产品。针对中山市中小企业的发展特点以及存在的融资瓶颈问题,本文进一步分析了中山C银行发展中小企业信贷业务过程中存在的问题和原因。本文为更好促进中山C银行加快发展中小企业信贷业务,针对存在的问题从信贷业务流程、融资产品创新、风险管理、考核机制等方面提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are the foundation of our national economy and one of the main driving forces for the economic development of our country. Located in Zhongshan City in the Pearl River Delta, the economy has continued to develop rapidly since the reform and opening up, and small and medium-sized enterprises have spread all over the city. With the adjustment of macro-economy and the deepening of the sub-prime crisis, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan City is due to the narrow financing channels. Its own management is not standard and so on also faces the financing difficulty question. Bank C is a large state-owned joint-stock commercial bank that provides customers with comprehensive commercial bank products and services, and occupies a leading position in China's banking industry. In recent years, Bank C has continuously optimized business processes and innovated financial products. To speed up business development, especially to provide comprehensive financing services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and to make every effort to solve the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs. As a secondary branch, Zhongshan C Bank adheres to the "market-oriented" approach. Customer-centered business philosophy, adhere to the integration of Zhongshan local characteristics culture, support local economic construction, actively cooperate with the Zhongshan municipal government to encourage small and medium-sized business development, constantly increase the ability to expand marketing, To provide multi-channel financing products for the growth and development of small and medium enterprises and maintain good market competitiveness. On the basis of summarizing the competitive power and marketing of commercial banks, credit financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan City and the characteristics of industrial clusters. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the bottleneck of the narrow financing channel and non-standard operation of SMEs in Zhongshan City. At the same time, this paper summarizes the development of credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan C Bank. Further elaborated the Zhongshan C Bank small and medium-sized enterprise credit business organization structure and the credit business process five function modules, At the same time, the paper briefly expounds the credit products of small and medium-sized enterprises in Bank C. aiming at the characteristics of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan City and the financing bottlenecks, This paper further analyzes the problems and causes in the process of developing credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan C Bank. In order to promote the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan C Bank, this paper aims at the problems in credit business process. The innovation of financing products, risk management, assessment mechanism and other aspects of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
