P银行企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:作为当今金融体系的重要组成部分,商业银行都在积极探索、发展自身的企业文化建设,以期实现以企业文化为基础的服务创新,有助于进一步赢得竞争力。我国除四大国有银行以外,大多数的股份制商业银行都是在艰难中成长起来的,对于企业文化的构建尚未形成统一的体系,只是局部、零散的形象,需要进一步完善企业文化,将对企业文化的建设上升到企业发展战略的高度。当前,股份制商业银行都积极参与到企业文化的建设当中,并在借鉴与吸收国内外同行业先进经验的基础上,将企业文化建设与企业战略融合,旨在形成现代商业银行独具特色的企业文化,发挥其在企业发展过程中对内形成凝聚、激励;对外形成吸引、认同的积极作用。 P银行作为中小股份制银行的佼佼者,明确提出其核心价值观为“笃守诚信、创造卓越”,并在此基础中提炼出了“同心跨越”的企业精神、“阳光、简单、包容、上进”的组织氛围,以及“敬业、专业、乐业”的工作作风和“正气、大气、锐气”的管理者作风,初步形成了P银行企业文化体系的框架。但是,在现有知识经济环境多变的现状下,如何完善企业文化建设以适应快速变化发展的内外部环境,成为企业竞争力的重要组成部分。 本文从分析P银行的企业文化现状入手,通过分析P银行企业文化建设存在的问题和不足,在此基础上进一步分析了P银行企业文化建设的优势劣势,面临的机遇和威胁,最后,提出了P银行企业文化建设成功的对策以及实施措施。
[Abstract]:As an important part of today's financial system, commercial banks are actively exploring and developing their own corporate culture construction in order to realize service innovation based on corporate culture. In addition to the four major state-owned banks, most of the joint-stock commercial banks in our country have grown up in difficult circumstances. The construction of corporate culture has not yet formed a unified system, but it is only a partial and scattered image. We need to further improve the corporate culture and raise the construction of corporate culture to the height of enterprise development strategy. At present, joint-stock commercial banks are actively involved in the construction of corporate culture. On the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing the advanced experience of the same industry at home and abroad, the enterprise culture construction and the enterprise strategy are combined in order to form the unique enterprise culture of the modern commercial bank and bring it into full play in the process of enterprise development. Encourage; form an active role in attracting and identifying with the outside world. P Bank, as the leader of small and medium-sized joint-stock banks, clearly puts forward its core values as "keeping good faith, creating excellence", and abstracts the enterprise spirit of "one heart leap" in this foundation, "Sunshine, simplicity, tolerance," The organizational atmosphere of "advance", the work style of "professional, professional and happy" and the management style of "upright, atmosphere and vigorous" have initially formed the framework of the corporate culture system of P Bank. Under the present situation of changeable knowledge economy environment, how to perfect the construction of enterprise culture to adapt to the internal and external environment of rapid change and development has become an important part of enterprise competitiveness. This paper begins with the analysis of the present situation of the corporate culture of P Bank, analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the construction of the corporate culture of Bank P, and further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the construction of the corporate culture of Bank P, on the basis of the analysis of the problems and shortcomings in the construction of corporate culture of Bank P. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and implementation measures for the successful construction of corporate culture in P Bank.
