H银行个人理财业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:个人理财业务作为一项新兴起来的业务,以其低风险、高收益的优势,逐渐成为商业银行利润的重要组成之一,各家商业银行都希望在个人理财业务收获的巨大利润上分一杯羹,成为个人理财业务上的霸主。现阶段,个人理财业务在我国还是处于不成熟的阶段,国内个人理财业务要做到与国际市场接轨还尚待时日。因此商业银行拓宽个人理财业务范围,深化个人理财业务的发展已经到了分秒必争的阶段。本文主要从个人理财业务的相关理论入手,阐述了个人理财业务相关的三个重要理论,即生命周期理论、投资组合理论、行为金融学理论。通过介绍国外商业银行的发展状况,分析出一些值得国内商业银行借鉴的经验,采用比较的方法,找出H银行个人理财业务发展中存在的问题及产生的原因。最后,提出H银行开展个人理财业务发展应采取的策略,从提供多样化和创新性的理财产品、树立服务品牌、组织专业化的人才团队、完善风险管理体系、健全客户关系管理体系等几个方面提出建议。
[Abstract]:As an emerging business, personal finance business has gradually become one of the important components of commercial bank profits with its advantages of low risk and high income. Each commercial bank hopes to get a share of the huge profits from its personal finance business and become the hegemon in its personal finance business. At this stage, personal finance business is still in its infancy in our country. It is still some time before the domestic personal finance business can be integrated with the international market. Therefore, commercial banks have broadened the scope of their personal finance business. To deepen the development of personal finance business has reached the stage of every second. This paper mainly starts with the relevant theories of personal finance business, and expounds three important theories related to personal finance business, namely, life cycle theory, portfolio theory, and so on. Behavioral finance theory. By introducing the development of foreign commercial banks, this paper analyzes some experiences that domestic commercial banks can use for reference, and adopts comparative methods. To find out the problems and reasons in the development of personal finance business of bank H. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy that H bank should adopt in the development of personal finance business, from providing diversified and innovative financial management products, setting up service brand, To organize a professional talent team, perfect the risk management system, perfect the customer relationship management system and put forward some suggestions.
