透视希腊债务危机背后的资本主义体系危机

【摘要】：希腊债务危机是肇始于美国的全球经济金融危机的最新变奏,其产生和发展有着深刻的资本主义制度根源。面对周期性出现的积累过剩危机,资本主义体系的核心国家,利用在边缘国家制造主权债务危机、创造贬值资产的剥夺性积累方式来转嫁其国内的危机。希腊债务危机爆发后,欧元面临解体风险,而美元霸权则得到巩固。随着债务危机在欧洲的蔓延,将有更多的南欧和东欧国家陷入债务困境,而外部援助提出的紧缩方案只会加剧资本主义体系边缘与核心之间的分化。希腊债务危机再次暴露出资本主义固有的制度缺陷,表明只有科学社会主义才能实现公平公正的经济发展。
[Abstract]:The Greek debt crisis is the latest variation of the global economic and financial crisis that began in the United States. Its emergence and development have deep roots in the capitalist system. The euro faces the risk of break-up after the Greek debt crisis, using a disabling accumulation of depreciated assets to create sovereign debt crises in marginal countries. As the debt crisis spreads in Europe, more southern and eastern European countries will find themselves in debt distress. The austerity package proposed by external aid will only exacerbate the division between the margins and the core of the capitalist system. The Greek debt crisis has once again exposed the inherent institutional flaws of capitalism. It shows that only scientific socialism can realize fair and just economic development.
