浅议人民币汇率制度的改革

【摘要】：人民币汇率形成最终应以货币购买力平价为基础,而不应由市场供求来决定。当前向市场机制转变的汇率制度改革也必须遵循价值规律。我国的汇率制度改革已取得一定成效,但仍没有较好体现购买力平价机制。目前我国人民币汇率的形成从"盯住单一美元"向"参考一揽子货币"转变,说明人民币汇率形成机制正在日趋完善。但如何选择币种数量及确定权重系数还需作深入研究。
[Abstract]:The formation of RMB exchange rate should be based on the purchasing power parity of currency and not determined by the market supply and demand. The current exchange rate system reform to the market mechanism must follow the law of value, and China's exchange rate system reform has achieved certain results. At present, the formation of the RMB exchange rate in China has changed from "pegging to a single dollar" to "a reference basket of currencies." It shows that the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism is becoming more and more perfect, but how to select the number of currencies and determine the weight coefficient need to be deeply studied.
