【摘要】:绩效考核是企业人力资源管理系统的重要组成部分,建立绩效考核方案是绩效考核的一个新的发展方向,是关系整个管理系统的重要环节。良好的绩效考核是保障客户经理制度有效运行的关键,能为其营造良好的业务拓展环境及良好的激励发展环境。通过改善绩效考核机制的方式来发挥职员最大的潜能,使其最大限度为银行创造价值。 建立一个公平合理,充满激励的薪酬福利体系,在很大程度上来说是吸引,激励和保留有能力员工的重要措施,根据市场基本工资指导价格及单位的经济承受能力确定总体工资水平,通过岗位分析和岗位评价确定各个层次,各个岗位之间的相对价值,以确定其薪资等级标准,还要结合市场价格,单位效益和个人绩效制定一个合适的薪资浮动方案。 本文以绩效考核进行切入,重点介绍BS银行客户经理绩效考核的现状,这种现状所存在的问题以及怎样建立一套符合BS银行实际的管理体系,使客户经理的绩效考核结果能有效加强客户经理的工作能力和工作兴趣,最终个人能力提高的同时企业发展更顺利,使个人发展和企业发展同时达到完美的结合。 本文共由四部分构成:第一部分讲绩效考核研究的意义,国内外相关领域的研究综述以及研究目标的内容和方法;第二部分BS银行客户经理绩效考核案例描述,直观看到绩效考核的现状;第三部分对BS银行客户经理绩效考核现状分析,包括绩效考核相关理论综述以及对绩效考核问题的剖析;第四部分,对全篇进行结论,并给出相应的建议,得到启示。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal is an important part of enterprise human resource management system. Establishing performance appraisal scheme is a new development direction of performance appraisal. Good performance appraisal is the key to ensure the effective operation of customer manager system. To create a good business development environment and a good incentive development environment. Through improving the performance appraisal mechanism to give full play to the potential of the staff, to maximize the value for the bank. The establishment of a fair and motivated compensation and benefits system is, to a large extent, an important measure to attract, motivate and retain competent employees. Determine the overall wage level according to the market basic wage guidance price and the unit's economic bearing capacity, determine the relative value of each level and position through post analysis and post evaluation, in order to determine the salary grade standard, Also develop a suitable salary floating scheme in combination with market price, unit benefit and individual performance. This paper focuses on the current situation of customer manager performance appraisal in BS bank, the problems existing in this situation and how to establish a set of management system in accordance with the actual situation of BS bank. The result of the performance appraisal of the customer manager can effectively strengthen the work ability and interest of the customer manager. Finally, the personal ability will be improved and the enterprise will develop more smoothly, so that the personal development and the enterprise development can reach the perfect combination at the same time.
