建行沈阳地区电子银行业务发展的障碍与对策研究

【摘要】:电子银行泛指银行利用电子化网络通讯技术从事与银行相关的活动,服务的方式通过因特网、电话网络、手机通讯等,随着商业银行信息化水平的不断提高,电子银行业务已经成为各商业银行服务的另一渠道,是传统银行服务方式的延伸,是原有业务服务、产品营销、品牌推广的另一窗口,已成为银行业务经营的重要组成部分,已成为展示银行经营形象和竞争实力的重要窗口。电子银行其可以不受时间、地点的限制向客户提供各种标准化、个性化的服务,可以大幅度降低银行经营成本、提高银行经营效率和增强银行争夺客户的核心竞争能力,电子银行业务在银行日常运营体系中扮演着日趋重要的角色,代表着金融业发展的未来。 对于金融业来说,产品、客户和运营,这三大要素决定一个金融企业的竞争力,过去银行发展靠单一因素即可发展,比如在产品或客户方面拥有优势,都可以获得领先地位,但在未来利率市场化的环境下,运营的效率决定竞争力。本文围绕建行沈阳地区电子银行业务的发展进行了详细的研究,阐述了建行电子银行的分类、定义、功能和发展态势,重点围绕建行沈阳地区电子银行业务发展现状,对其与国内同业电子银行业务进行了比较分析,从产品推广的角度,运用运营理论对当前制约建行沈阳地区电子银行业务发展的各种因素进行了论述,指出电子银行业务运营中发现的问题,提出改进措施,逐步拉近与国内同业的距离,提升市场份额,提高电子银行中间业务收入,为相关同业提供借鉴经验。
[Abstract]:Electronic banking generally refers to the use of electronic network communication technology to engage in bank-related activities, services through the Internet, telephone networks, mobile phone communications, and so on. With the continuous improvement of the level of information technology in commercial banks, Electronic banking has become another channel for commercial banking services, an extension of traditional banking services, another window for original business services, product marketing and brand promotion, and has become an important part of banking operations. It has become an important window to show the bank's operating image and competitive strength. Electronic banking can provide customers with various standardized and personalized services without time and place restrictions, which can greatly reduce the operating costs of banks. To improve the efficiency of bank management and enhance the core competitive ability of banks to compete for customers, electronic banking plays an increasingly important role in the daily operation system of banks, representing the future of the development of the financial industry. For the financial industry, products, customers and operations determine the competitiveness of a financial enterprise. In the past, the development of banks could be developed by a single factor, such as having an advantage in products or customers and gaining a leading position. However, in the future interest rate marketization environment, the efficiency of operation determines the competitiveness. This paper focuses on the development of the electronic banking business in Shenyang area of CCB, and expounds the classification, definition, function and development trend of the electronic bank of CCB. Focusing on the current situation of the development of electronic banking business in Shenyang area of CCB, a comparative analysis is made between the electronic banking business of China Construction Bank and its domestic counterparts, and from the point of view of product promotion, This paper discusses various factors restricting the development of electronic banking business in Shenyang area of China Construction Bank by using the operation theory, points out the problems found in the operation of electronic banking business, and puts forward some improvement measures to gradually narrow the distance between the electronic banking business and its domestic counterparts. Enhance market share, increase the income of e-banking intermediary business, and provide reference experience for related peers.
