中国平安银行“灵活添利”产品营销策略研究

【摘要】:目前中国平安银行“灵活添利”产品的业务发展规模较大,设置了比较完善的个人理财金融业务体系,个人金融发展较快。加上组成个人金融业务销售组合的销售员工大多数都是年轻人,专业素质高,对中国平安银行的个人理财金融业务有很大的促进作用,是发展和促进中国平安银行总体发展目标的关键组成部分。中国平安银行的个人理财金融业务分布较广,其发展技术达到了全国标准的水平,个人理财金融的实施效率较高,随着我国的经济发展水平提高,为个人理财金融业务提供了便利的理财产品消费者的投资。中国平安银行的市场环境较复杂,需要通过政府的宏观调控和外部市场的经济环境对中国平安银行“灵活添利”产品营销进行发展战略的分析和竞争能力的分析,努力寻求中国平安银行“灵活添利”产品营销策略的机遇与挑战。本文采用中国平安银行的内部管理数据,对内部结构进行了全面的分析和检查,以中国平安银行“灵活添利”产品为研究为主线,在国内国外的文献分析基础上,对中国平安银行“灵活添利”产品进行详细的研究与探讨,进一步探讨其产品营销策略的发展态势。对中国平安银行产品“灵活添利”营销策略的现状和问题进行分析后,并制定出相应的对策建议。本文的研究是为了能够更加了解和掌握中国平安银行“灵活添利”产品营销策略情况,为其他金融个人理财产品及“灵活添利”产品的营销策略所借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, Ping an Bank of China has a relatively large scale of business development of its "flexible and profitable" products, and has set up a relatively perfect financial business system for personal finance. The development of personal finance is relatively fast. Plus, most of the sales staff who make up the personal financial business sales mix are young people with high professional quality, which has a great role in promoting the personal finance and financial business of Ping an Bank of China. Ping an Bank of China is a key component of the overall development goal of Ping an Bank of China. Ping an Bank of China has a wide distribution of personal finance business, its development technology has reached the level of national standards, and the implementation efficiency of personal finance finance is relatively high. With the improvement of China's economic development level, it has provided a convenient investment for consumers of financial products for personal financial services. The market environment of Ping an Bank of China is more complex. It is necessary to analyze the development strategy and competitive ability of Ping an Bank of China through the government's macro-control and the economic environment of the external market. This paper analyzes and examines the internal structure of Ping an Bank of China by using the internal management data of Ping an Bank of China. Taking Ping an Bank of China as the main line of study, on the basis of domestic and foreign literature analysis, this paper makes a detailed study and discussion on the products of Ping an Bank of China. Further discuss the development trend of its product marketing strategy. After analyzing the current situation and problems of the product "flexible profit" marketing strategy of Ping an Bank of China, The purpose of this paper is to understand and master the marketing strategy of Ping an Bank of China. For other financial personal financial products and "flexible Tim" product marketing strategy.
