中国农民专业合作社融资约束及其对策研究

【摘要】：本文系统分析了中国农民专业合作社的融资需求、结构和面临的困境。在对现有农民专业合作社融资文献回顾总结的基础上,提出一个契合我国农民专业合作社特点的理论框架,对当前我国农民专业合作社内源融资和外源融资"双约束"的困境进行了解释,并进一步选取当前我国农民专业合作社融资创新案例,对信用(或担保)合作融资和嵌入农业产业链融资这两种重要模式进行剖析。最终,本文提出缓解我国农民专业合作社融资难题的诸多方案。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the Chinese farmer cooperatives financing demand structure and difficulties. In the review of the existing farmer cooperatives financing documents on the basis of summing up, put forward a combination of the characteristics of China's farmers' professional cooperatives theoretical framework for our current farmer cooperatives internal financing and external financing of the "double bind" dilemma to explain, and further select the current farmer cooperatives financing innovation case of our country, the credit (or guarantee) to analyze the two main modes of financing cooperation and embedding agricultural industrial chain financing. Finally, this paper puts forward many solutions to alleviate the financing problem of farmer specialized cooperatives in China.
