漓江农村合作银行经营团队管理创新研究

【摘要】:随着我国商业银行的飞速发展,银行间的竞争日趋激烈。农村商业银行具有起步晚,面向客户窄的特点,该如何应对竞争的环境已成为学术界关注的焦点。学者们通常以管理人员或营销人员等银行中的某一类员工为研究对象,探究银行对某类员工的管理。但是,银行的经营活动通常是以团队合作的方式完成的,管理团队或营销团队不能独立完成商业银行的经营活动。基于构建经营团队这一视角,本文将以完成银行经营业务的经营团队作为研究对象,结合农村商业银行的特点,深入探讨对农村商业银行经营团队的创新管理。 本文通过对国内外涉及商业银行经营团队管理方面的研究进行整理总结,提出了农村合作银行经营团队管理创新研究的必要性;并在此基础上,分析漓江农村合作银行现有经营团队管理的现状,并由此对其经营团队管理存在的问题进行剖析,从组织结构和组织划分、组织协同作用、绩效管理等方面研究经营团队管理存在问题的原因,进而提出了组建新的经营团队、改变经营团队运作模式、制度创新等管理创新的方案,以及建立并完善组织保障体系、企业文化、人力资源支撑体系等方面的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of commercial banks in China, the competition between banks is becoming more and more fierce. Rural commercial banks have the characteristics of late start and narrow customer orientation. How to cope with the competition environment has become the focus of academic attention. Scholars usually take a certain group of employees in banks such as managers or marketers as research objects to explore the management of certain types of employees in banks. However, The business activities of the bank are usually done in the form of teamwork. The management team or the marketing team cannot accomplish the business activities of the commercial bank independently. This article will take the management team which completes the bank management business as the research object, unifies the characteristic of the rural commercial bank, deeply discusses the innovation management of the rural commercial bank management team. This paper summarizes the research on the management team management of commercial banks at home and abroad, and puts forward the necessity of the innovation research on the management team management of rural cooperative bank, and on this basis, This paper analyzes the present situation of Lijiang Rural Cooperative Bank's current management team management, and analyzes the problems existing in its management team management, from the organizational structure and organizational division, organizational synergy, In the aspect of performance management, this paper studies the causes of the problems existing in the management of the management team, and then puts forward the plan of establishing a new management team, changing the operation mode of the management team, innovating the system, and establishing and perfecting the organizational security system. Corporate culture, human resources support system and other aspects of security measures.
