金融物流的变迁与发展模式研究

【摘要】：金融物流是物流服务与金融服务相结合的产物，是银行和第三方物流企业进行业务创新的产物，能够为银行和第三方物流企业带来新的利润增长点，能够缓解中小企业融资难的问题，盘活原材料、产成品的资金占用。我国金融物流的发展正处于起步阶段，同国外相比，无论是在体制、技术、规模还是理论研究上，都比较落后。已有的研究大多集中在定性层面上，只注重模式研究，忽略了主观信用风险控制方面的研究；在模式研究上，对金融物流范围的界定有点狭隘，只从单个节点或者单一供应链的角度来研究金融物流模式。为了使金融物流在我国更好的推广，发挥其对中小企业、第三方物流企业、银行以及国民经济发展的贡献，本文选此主题进行研究。本文在前人研究的基础上，，将金融物流的研究视角扩展到整个经济网络中，首先从物流和金融制度两个方面全面的分析了金融物流变迁的过程，并总结出金融物流变迁的动因有经济因素、政治因素、物流政策因素、科技进步因素、物流服务内容的市场需求因素。其次，从供应链上和供应链外两个方面来全面的研究金融物流的发展模式，并从微观操作、宏观效应和与传统融资模式的比较三个方面对该模式进行了分析。无论金融物流的发展模式有多少，具体的业务操作如何千差万别，万变不离其宗的是银行必须掌控融资企业的货权，保持商品总值对融资敞口的保障效应。金融物流在具体运作过程中会存在一定的客观风险，如质押品选择风险、质押监管风险等。再次，论文指出了金融物流三方参与主体的关系有互利互惠关系和博弈关系，通过构建三方参与主体的博弈模型，定量的分析了一些因素对金融物流业务主观信用风险产生的影响，并结合案例进行分析验证。最后，在上述研究的基础上提出了促进我国金融物流健康发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Financial logistics is the product of the combination of logistics service and financial service. It is the product of business innovation of banks and third-party logistics enterprises. It can bring new profit growth point for banks and third-party logistics enterprises.Can ease the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, invigorating raw materials, finished products of capital occupation.The development of financial logistics in China is in its infancy. Compared with foreign countries, it is relatively backward in terms of system, technology, scale and theoretical research.Most of the existing studies focus on qualitative aspects, only pay attention to the model research, ignoring the subjective credit risk control research; in the model research, the definition of financial logistics scope is a little narrow,Only from a single node or a single supply chain to study the financial logistics model.In order to promote the financial logistics in our country and give full play to its contribution to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, third party logistics enterprises, banks and the national economy, this paper chooses this topic to study.Based on the previous studies, this paper extends the research perspective of financial logistics to the whole economic network. Firstly, it analyzes the process of financial logistics change from two aspects: logistics and financial system.The causes of financial logistics change include economic factor, political factor, logistics policy factor, scientific and technological progress factor, market demand factor of logistics service content.Secondly, the development model of financial logistics is studied from two aspects of supply chain and outside supply chain, and it is analyzed from three aspects: micro operation, macro effect and comparison with traditional financing mode.No matter how much the development mode of financial logistics is and how different the specific business operation is, it is necessary for banks to control the cargo rights of financing enterprises and to maintain the safeguard effect of total commodity value on their exposure to financing.There are some objective risks in the process of financial logistics, such as the risk of the choice of pledge, the risk of supervision of pledge and so on.Thirdly, the paper points out that the relationship between the three parties involved in financial logistics has the relationship of mutual benefit and game.Quantitative analysis of the impact of some factors on the financial logistics business subjective credit risk, and combined with the case analysis to verify.Finally, on the basis of the above research, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the healthy development of financial logistics in China.
