【摘要】:农业银行沈阳分行近年来在竞争发展中,通过一系列的激励措施,使得银行员工的市场意识得到了增强,并对员工的激励在一定程度上有所影响。但随着金融体制改革的逐步加快和市场经济模式的不断深化,外资银行,股份制商业银行和地方城市商业银行进入沈阳,他们以更有效的员工激励措施,对国有商业银行工作人员颇具有吸引力。如今,越来越多的国有银行柜员涌入这些银行,致使国有的农业银行前台柜员大量的流失,使农业银行成为了高效银行柜员的培养基地。农业银行面临国有和外资银行的双重威胁和考验,这引起了农业银行对员工激励问题的反思。外资银行具有系统的员工激励措施这是吸引优秀人才的关键因素之一。国有商业银行同外资银行,在人力资源方面没有建立科学有效地激励机制,很难留住学历高又有能力的人才。制定解决农业银行的员工激励问题,以此来增强银行对员工的吸引力,对农业银行适应上市以来的股份制改革的变化具有重要的意义。 面临着此种情况,国有商业银行设立科学、有效地员工激励势在必行。建立科学有效的员工激励,对于加速国有商业银行股份制改革,提升企业价值,增强自身的竞争力具有十分重要的意义。成功的激励可以有效激发员工的工作热情和开拓能力,为企业的发展提供持续动力。做好商业银行的激励改革工作,构建更加优化的管理体系,真正适应我国国有商业银行人力资源的发展战略,对于促进战略发展,推动农业银行更加快速、稳健发展是非常重要的。激励运用的好与坏在一定程度上决定了企业的兴衰,合理的激励能给农业银行带来经济效益,同时还能为农行在激烈的金融市场竞争中,在人才的竞争中站稳先机,为今后农行的发展提供人才方面的支持。而有效的激励的建立,离不开对银行员工激励现状的分析,只有深入了解农行沈阳分行员工激励目前存在的问题,以此为起点,才能为建立良好的员工激励奠定坚实的基础。正是从这一角度出发,本文选择农行沈阳分行员工激励问题作为研究的主题。希望透过对沈阳分行员工激励问题的探讨,通过深入分析问题,进而解决问题,为沈阳分行的发展提供部分有益的建议。

Faced with this situation, the state-owned commercial banks to set up a scientific and effective incentive. It is imperative to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism to accelerate the reform of state-owned commercial banks to enhance corporate value, has very important significance to enhance their competitiveness. The successful motivation can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff and develop the capacity to provide continuous power for the development of enterprises. To commercial bank incentive reform, constructing the management system, to adapt to the real human resource development strategy of China's state-owned commercial banks, to promote the strategic development, to promote the agricultural bank more rapid, steady development is very important. Encouragement is good or bad to a certain extent determines the enterprise the rise and fall of reasonable incentives can bring economic benefits to the Agricultural Bank, but also for the Agricultural Bank of China in the fierce competition in the financial markets, in the The competition of talents in the stand opportunities to provide personnel support for the development of the future bank.
