文化产业投资基金的风险与风控机制

【摘要】：文化产业投资基金在投资过程中面临的风险可以分为投资环境风险、管理风险以及流动性风险,投资环境风险属于系统性风险,流动性风险是产业投资基金的固有风险,一般情况下这两种风险都不易克服,因此,管理风险是文化产业投资基金风险控制的关键。本文运用投资组合理论与委托代理理论提出两种风险控制的方法,分别是组合投资与契约设计。组合投资能有效分散基金的非系统性风险,而契约设计能在信息不对称情况下,通过激励与约束机制起到规范代理人行为的作用。
[Abstract]:The risk in the investment process of cultural industry investment fund can be divided into investment environment risk, management risk and liquidity risk, investment environment risk belongs to systemic risk, liquidity risk is the inherent risk of industry investment fund.Generally, these two kinds of risks are difficult to overcome, therefore, the management risk is the key to the risk control of the cultural industry investment fund.In this paper, portfolio theory and principal-agent theory are used to put forward two methods of risk control: portfolio investment and contract design.Portfolio investment can effectively disperse the non-systemic risk of funds, while contract design can regulate agent behavior through incentive and constraint mechanism under the condition of asymmetric information.
