西方公共投资和私人投资关系研究综述

【摘要】：:公共投资在应对此次国际金融危机中的作用不言而喻,但是一国经济发展不能只依赖于公共投资,更要关注私人投资的发展,私人投资才是经济发展中最具活力的源动力。那么公共投资和私人投资的关系又是如何?是带动了私人投资还是挤出了私人投资,抑或是公共投资和私人投资之间没有关系?本文总结了西方学者关于公共投资和私人投资关系的文献,并进行了简短的评论。
[Abstract]:The role of public investment in dealing with the international financial crisis is self-evident, but a country's economic development can not only rely on public investment, but also pay attention to the development of private investment, private investment is the most dynamic source of economic development.What about the relationship between public and private investment?Does it drive private investment or squeeze out private investment, or is there no relationship between public investment and private investment?This paper summarizes the literature of western scholars on the relationship between public investment and private investment, and makes a brief comment.
