华融湘江银行发展规划研究

【摘要】:随着银行业改革的深入,在国有商业银行股份制改造并上市、外资银行大量进入、农村信用社在优惠政策下加快改革的背景下,竞争的升级和企业自身素质的提高使得我国银行业的竞争转向战略层面,单纯依靠同质的产品和服务己无法在竞争中获胜。广大城市商业银行如何寻求更合理的市场定位和更科学的发展模式、如何制订符合自身条件的发展战略是所有城市商业银行都必须深入思考的重大课题。目前,华融湘江银行正处于发展的重大转型期,这些转型主要体现在:从在单个区域经营的地方商业银行向在多个区域经营的区域性商业银行转变;从以粗放经营、关系营销、同质竞争向专业经营、综合营销、差异化竞争、建立有核心竞争力、可持续发展的商业模式转变。因此,华融湘江银行需要适应外部环境和内部条件的变化,实际客观的分析行业发展环境并结合企业现有的资源,明确市场定位,制定出适应市场需求的发展战略,并通过针对性措施来保证战略目标的实现。 本文运用现代战略管理理论,对城市商业银行发展战略的研究现状进行归纳总结;并以华融湘江银行为例,对华融湘江银行的内、外部环境进行分析,并总结出华融湘江银行的面对的机会和威胁,以及具有优势和不足,同时运用SWOT分析方法,研究了银行的战略目标和发展规划;最后,从调整组织机构、资本引入、建设先进的科技管理体系、建立严密的风险管理体系等层面提出了华融湘江银行的战略实施措施及保障。希望能对国内城市商业银行发展起到一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the banking industry, and listed on the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks, foreign bank entry, accelerate the reform of rural credit cooperatives in the background of preferential policies, the escalation of competition and enterprises to improve their quality of the competition in China's banking industry to the strategic level, relying solely on the homogeneity of the products and services have been unable to to win in the competition. The majority of city commercial banks to seek market positioning more reasonable and more scientific development mode, how to formulate development strategy in line with its own conditions is of great importance to all city commercial banks must think deeply. At present, Huarong Xiangjiang bank is in a major transition period of development, the transformation is mainly reflected in: from the change in a number of regional management of regional commercial banks in a single regional management of local commercial banks; from the extensive management, relationship marketing, the same quality competition For professional management, integrated marketing, differentiated competition, establish core competitiveness, change the business model of sustainable development. Therefore, Huarong Xiangjiang bank needs to adapt to the changes of external environment and internal conditions, the actual objective analysis of industry development environment and combined with the existing resources, clear market positioning, formulate the development strategies to meet the market demand and, through targeted measures to ensure the realization of strategic goals.
In this paper, using the modern strategic management theories, the present research situation of the city commercial bank development strategy are summarized; and Huarong Xiangjiang bank as an example, the Huarong Xiangjiang bank, the external environment analysis, and summed up the Huarong Xiangjiang bank in the face of opportunities and threats, and has advantages and disadvantages, at the same time, using the SWOT analysis method research, strategic objectives and development plan of the bank; finally, the introduction of capital from the adjustment of organization, construction of science and technology the advanced management system, the establishment of strict risk management system and puts forward the strategic measures of Huarong Xiangjiang bank and security. Hope to certain reference significance for the development of domestic city commercial banks.
