中国邮政储蓄银行营业网点转型研究与实践

【摘要】:本文结合邮储银行营业网点的实际情况,借鉴国内外先进商业银行的成功经验,对邮储银行的营业网点转型进行了深入研究与探讨,设计出适合邮储银行的网点转型实施方案。 邮储银行是一家新成立的大型国有商业银行,虽然有着多年的储蓄业务发展经验,但其营业网点的经营管理能力与先进商业银行相比还有不小的差距,粗放的经营管理水平已经不能满足快速发展的金融市场需要,难以在激烈的市场竞争中获得优异的业绩,需要通过网点转型来提高经营管理水平,吸引并留住高端客户,推动邮储银行逐步的发展壮大。 本文综合运用项目组织、项目质量控制、市场营销策略等研究方法,对邮储银行营业网点的现状及存在的问题进行了深入剖析,,研究了网点转型对促进邮储银行发展的重要作用与意义,借鉴国内外先进的商业银行网点转型成功经验,提出了邮储银行网点转型的具体实施方案。在网点建设上要合理进行网点功能分区,优化网点营业环境;在营销上应该主动出击,与客户建立良好的关系,深度挖掘客户需求,详细制定了网点服务及销售的工作流程,指出了网点转型顺利实施的保障措施。本文理论与实践相结合,方案具体,措施明确,具有较强的可操作性,希望能够对邮储银行的网点转型提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual situation of postal savings bank outlets and the successful experience of advanced commercial banks at home and abroad, this paper makes a thorough study and discussion on the transformation of postal savings bank outlets, and designs a scheme for implementing the transformation of postal savings bank outlets.The Postal savings Bank is a newly established large state-owned commercial bank. Although it has many years of experience in the development of its savings business, its operating and management capabilities are still not small compared with those of the advanced commercial banks.Extensive management level can not meet the needs of the rapidly developing financial market, and it is difficult to obtain excellent performance in the fierce market competition. It is necessary to improve the management level through network transformation to attract and retain high-end customers.To promote the postal savings bank's gradual development and growth.Based on the research methods of project organization, project quality control and marketing strategy, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the present situation and existing problems of postal savings bank outlets.This paper studies the important role and significance of network transformation in promoting the development of Postal savings Bank, draws lessons from the successful experiences of domestic and foreign advanced commercial banks, and puts forward the concrete implementation scheme of the transformation of Postal savings Bank outlets.In the construction of the network, we should reasonably divide the function of the network, optimize the business environment of the network, take the initiative in marketing, establish a good relationship with the customer, dig in depth the customer's demand, and elaborate the work flow of the service and sales of the network.The guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of network transformation are pointed out.This paper combines theory with practice, the plan is concrete, the measure is clear, has the strong maneuverability, hoped can provide the certain reference function to the postal savings bank's dot transformation.
