德阳市A银行供应链融资业务发展研究

【摘要】：供应链融资是近年来在我国极为热门的一种新兴融资方式，其核心理念是基于供应链中核心企业的经营理念和价值增长目标，借助于金融机构的专业化金融产品与服务，来为整个供应链中的企业或供应链中部分上、下游成员企业提供融资为主的相关服务，通过金融资本与实体经济的协作，构筑企业、金融机构和供应链互利共存、持续发展。四川省德阳市是我国重要的工业城市，重型装备制造技术之都，川西平原上一颗璀璨的工业明珠，拥有多家国内一流、世界知名的国家重点工业企业，多年来在这些龙头企业的带领下，孕育出了一大批为龙头企业配套加工的民营中小企业，机械加工产业链集群逐渐形成并不断完善，具备供应链融资业务开展的良好条件。德阳市A银行是我国最大的国有股份制商业银行A银行在德阳地区的一家地市级分行，近年来，该银行已经结合德阳地区的产业特点，在供应链融资业务方面进行了一些有益尝试和探索，但作为一家实力雄厚、肩负社会责任的银行，，如何更好的实现金融支持民生、金融服务实体经济和中小企业，实现银行、企业、政府多赢，供应链融资业务的发展问题非常值得研究。本论文将结合德阳市机械加工产业链，围绕德阳市A银行供应链融资业务发展现状，介绍供应链融资相关理论、背景及发展情况，系统性总结和揭示德阳市A银行供应链融资业务的产品体系、业务模式、风险控制措施及存在的问题等，并通过对实际融资案例的展示和分析，指出供应链融资业务对德阳市A银行调整信贷结构、拓展客户市场、提升综合价值、服务实体经济、服务中小企业等方面的重要意义，进而提出该行供应链融资业务进一步发展的策略建议。
[Abstract]:Supply chain financing is one of the most popular new financing methods in China in recent years. Its core idea is based on the management concept and value growth target of the core enterprises in the supply chain, with the help of specialized financial products and services of financial institutions.Through the cooperation of financial capital and real economy, the enterprises, financial institutions and supply chain co-exist and develop continuously.Deyang City in Sichuan Province is an important industrial city in China, the capital of heavy equipment manufacturing technology, a bright industrial pearl in the western Sichuan Plain, and has a number of first-class and world-famous national key industrial enterprises.Under the leadership of these leading enterprises for many years, a large number of small and medium-sized private enterprises have been bred for supporting processing of leading enterprises. The cluster of machinery processing industry chain is gradually formed and continuously perfected, which has good conditions for the financing business of supply chain.Deyang A Bank is one of the largest state-owned joint-stock commercial banks in China. In recent years, the bank has taken into account the industrial characteristics of the Deyang area.In the supply chain financing business has carried on some beneficial attempts and the exploration, but as a strength, shoulders the social responsibility bank, how to better realize the financial support people's livelihood, the financial service entity economy and the small and medium-sized enterprises, realizes the bank,Enterprises, government win, supply chain financing business development is worth studying.This paper will introduce the theory, background and development of supply chain financing of Deyang A Bank, combining with Deyang City Machining Industry chain, and focusing on the development of supply chain financing business of Deyang A Bank.Systematically summarize and reveal the product system, business model, risk control measures and existing problems of supply chain financing business of Deyang A Bank, and through the demonstration and analysis of actual financing cases,It is pointed out that supply chain financing is of great significance to Deyang A Bank in adjusting credit structure, expanding customer market, promoting comprehensive value, serving entity economy, serving small and medium-sized enterprises, and so on.Then put forward the bank supply chain financing business further development of the strategic recommendations.
