基于农户信用特征的WU’s三维信用评价模型研究

【摘要】：受农业产业特点和经营模式的制约,农村经济发展存在资金融通难、项目投产难、技术改进难等现实问题,其中融资难又是主要制约瓶颈。本文从研究村镇信贷主体的信用特征出发,探索了适用于农户的信用评级技术,并提出从客观准确评定农户信用等级入手,解决农村金融机构在农村信贷资金投放意愿不强的问题,进而满足农村经济发展的融资需求,促进农村经济的健康快速发展。
[Abstract]:Restricted by the characteristics of agricultural industry and management mode, the development of rural economy has many practical problems, such as the difficulty of fund financing, the difficulty of project production and the difficulty of technical improvement, among which the difficulty of financing is the main bottleneck. Based on the study of the credit characteristics of rural credit subjects, this paper probes into the credit rating technology suitable for farmers, and puts forward the objective and accurate evaluation of farmers' credit rating. In order to meet the financing needs of rural economic development and promote the healthy and rapid development of rural economy, we can solve the problem that rural financial institutions are not willing to invest credit funds in rural areas.
