【摘要】：中小企业一直来都是发展中国家及发达国家国民经济中重要的经济支柱,中小企业在增加国内就业,提高产值及扩大出口,发展民营经济,调整产业结构等方面都发挥了重要作用。小企业已成为国家经济结构转型的重点。同时也成为股份制商业银行信贷结构调整、实现战略转型的重点,也是同业竞争的焦点。小企业融资已成为股份制商业银行提高竞争力的重要业务领域。传统优质大企业客户金融脱媒趋势加快,同业竞争和利率市场化进一步挤压大客户成为股份制商业银行的创利空间。因此做好股份制银行小企业金融业务成为其战略转型重要一步。本文作者参阅了大量的关于小企业融资、银行小企业业务发展的书籍及各种资料,采用文献阅读法、归纳总结法、定量分析法、经验总结法等多种方法分析了小企业在商业银行的融资现状,进一步阐述股份制商业银行小企业金融业务的发展情况,提出小企业金融业务发展对股份制银行的战略转型的重要性。详细分析了ZX银行小企业发展情况,在业务发展中遇到的问题,提出了ZX银行小企业金融业务发展的策略,从而能更好地明确下一步ZX银行的小企业金融业务发展的经营思路,和业务开展的具体措施,从而有助提高银行在此项业务的竞争力和市场占有率,从而更快的实现战略转型,实现走在中小银行前列的目标。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises have always been an important economic pillar in the national economy of both developing and developed countries. Small and medium-sized enterprises are increasing domestic employment, increasing output value and expanding exports, and developing the private economy. Adjustment of industrial structure and other aspects have played an important role. Small businesses have become the focus of national economic restructuring. At the same time, it also becomes the focus of credit structure adjustment and strategic transformation of joint-stock commercial banks, and also the focus of interbank competition. Small business financing has become an important business area for joint-stock commercial banks to improve their competitiveness. The trend of financial disintermediation in traditional high quality large enterprises is speeding up, and the interbank competition and interest rate marketization further squeeze the large customers into the profit creation space of joint-stock commercial banks. Therefore, it is an important step in the strategic transformation to do well the financial business of small enterprises in stock banks. The author of this paper has consulted a lot of books and various materials on the financing of small enterprises and the development of small business in banks, and adopted the method of literature reading, the method of induction and summary, the method of quantitative analysis, This paper analyzes the financing status of small enterprises in commercial banks by means of experience summarization, and further expounds the development of financial business of small enterprises in joint-stock commercial banks. This paper puts forward the importance of the development of financial business of small enterprises to the strategic transformation of joint-stock banks. This paper analyzes in detail the development of small enterprises in ZX Bank, the problems encountered in the development of business, and puts forward the strategies for the development of financial business of small enterprises in ZX Bank, so as to better clarify the management ideas of the development of financial services in small enterprises of ZX Bank in the next step. And the specific measures to carry out the business, so as to help improve the competitiveness and market share of banks in this business, and thus achieve a faster strategic transformation and achieve the goal of leading small and medium-sized banks.
