信用卡消费信贷发展的影响因素研究

【摘要】:当前,世界经济的不确定性增加,欧洲主权债务危机仍在继续,美国前所未有地遭遇了主权债务评级下调,在这种情况下,转变我国以出口拉动经济增长的发展方式至关重要。我国若要在全球经济低迷的大环境下,实现国内生产总值增长7.5%的目标,就必须扩大国内消费。而信用卡作为一种灵活的消费信贷工具已经逐步得到了人们的认可和接受,其在拉动消费方面具有其他消费信贷方式不可比拟的优越性。深入了解信用卡消费信贷功能,探讨信用卡消费信贷的影响因素,对于进一步发展我国信用卡产业,发挥信用卡消费信贷对我国经济的助推作用,都有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本研究以信用卡消费信贷发展的影响因素为研究对象,在国内外相关研究成果的基础上,结合我国的具体情况,运用了多种方法对信用卡消费信贷发展的影响因素进行了比较系统的研究。首先,对信用卡消费信贷的理论进行了梳理和总结;其次,对我国当前信用卡消费信贷发展的情况进行了描述,并结合国外信用卡消费信贷的发展情况,分析了我国信用卡消费信贷发展滞后的原因;第三,运用了因素分析的方法,比较系统地对信用卡消费信贷发展的影响因素进行了归纳和探讨:从信用卡市场内部的角度,探讨了持卡人、银行等发卡机构、特约商户三个方面的影响因素,而后又从信用卡市场外部的角度,讨论了宏观经济环境和政府因素对信用卡消费信贷的影响;在定性分析的基础上,本研究运用了多元线性回归的方法,对信用卡发卡规模、用卡环境、营销手段和政府规制四个因素对我国信用卡消费信贷发展的影响进行了实证分析的尝试。 研究表明:信用卡发卡规模和用卡环境与信用卡消费信贷规模确实存在正相关关系,且用卡环境的影响更大,即是说,银行等信用卡发卡机构与其盲目扩大信用卡发卡量,不如下大力气改善信用卡用卡环境,增加特约商户数目,后者能更快地提高信用卡信贷规模;营销手段和政府规制对信用卡消费信贷存在不可忽视的影响。 最后,文章提出了发展我国信用卡消费信贷的建议,包括:完善个人信用体系,建立健全信用消费法律体系,加强信用卡业务的扶持和管理,实施信用卡产业化、独立化经营,实现信用卡业务的差异化经营,改善信用卡用卡环境。
[Abstract]:At present, the uncertainty of the world economy is increasing, the European sovereign debt crisis is still continuing, and the United States has suffered an unprecedented downgrade of sovereign debt. Under such circumstances, it is very important to change the mode of development of China's export-led economic growth. In order to achieve the goal of GDP growth of 7.5% in the global economic downturn, China must expand domestic consumption. Credit card as a flexible consumer credit tool has been gradually recognized and accepted by people, and it has incomparable advantages in stimulating consumption. To deeply understand the function of credit card consumption credit, to explore the influencing factors of credit card consumption credit, to further develop the credit card industry in China, and to give play to the role of credit card consumer credit in promoting our economy. Both have very important theoretical and practical significance. This study takes the influencing factors of credit card consumer credit development as the research object, based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, combined with the specific situation of our country. Several methods are used to study the influencing factors of credit card consumption credit development. First of all, the theory of credit card consumption credit is combed and summarized. Secondly, the development of credit card consumption credit in China is described, and combined with the development of foreign credit card consumption credit. This paper analyzes the reasons why the development of credit card consumer credit in China lags behind. Thirdly, it systematically summarizes and discusses the influencing factors of credit card consumption credit development by using the method of factor analysis: from the perspective of the credit card market, This paper probes into the influencing factors of credit card holder, bank and other credit card issuers and special merchants, and then discusses the influence of macroeconomic environment and government factors on credit card consumption credit from the external perspective of credit card market. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the method of multiple linear regression is used in this study. Four factors, marketing means and government regulation, make an empirical analysis on the development of credit card consumption credit in China. The study shows that there is a positive correlation between credit card issuing scale and credit card environment and credit card consumption credit scale, and the impact of credit card environment is even greater. That is to say, credit card issuing institutions such as banks and other credit card issuers blindly expand the amount of credit card issuance. We should make great efforts to improve the credit card environment and increase the number of special merchants, the latter can increase the credit card credit scale more quickly, and the marketing means and government regulations can not be ignored on the credit card consumer credit. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of credit card consumption credit in China, including: perfecting personal credit system, establishing and perfecting credit consumption law system, strengthening the support and management of credit card business, implementing credit card industrialization, and managing independently. To realize the differential management of credit card business and improve the credit card environment.
