【摘要】：互联网金融P2P是近来金融行业研究的热点,也是国家十分关注和重点扶持的创新项目。本论文以快汇宝互联网金融P2P为研究对象,在研究过程中,结合了现代企业的管理思想、理论和互联网的特点,并以商业计划书的形式,对项目做了整体的分析和介绍,其摘要如下：第一,介绍了互联网金融P2P的历史背景、市场竞争情况、发展及利润空间；第二,重点介绍了项目的战略规划、组织架构和团队构成；第三,描述了快汇宝互联网金融P2P项目的业务结构、产品特色,并对项目的竞争环境、美好前景进行了分析和展望；第四,结合现阶段市场的客观情况,对项目的市场规模、行业竞争等情况进行了分析,同时,对未来3年的销售情况进行了预测；第五,重点介绍了市场开拓的策略,其主要内容包括：市场目标、细分市场、产品定位等；第六,着重描述了项目的融资需求、盈利情况、风险规避及退出机制；第七,介绍了项目的实施规划,并明确了每阶段的实施重点和时间节点；最后,从整体上,对本项目进行了总结和展望。经过上述内容的介绍与分析,可得出一个结论：快汇宝互联网金融P2P项目,是一个可行性强、投资回报率高、市场前景广阔的项目。
[Abstract]:Internet Financial Peer - to - Peer ( P2P ) is a hot spot in recent financial industry research , and it is an innovative project with great concern and support for the country . In the course of the research , this paper combines the management thoughts , theories and the characteristics of modern enterprises , and makes a whole analysis and introduction to the project in the form of business plan . The paper is as follows : First , it introduces the historical background , market competition situation , development and profit space of the Internet financial P2P .
Secondly , it focuses on the strategic planning , organizational structure and team composition of the project .
Thirdly , it describes the business structure and product characteristics of the fast Huibao Internet financial P2P project , and analyzes and prospects the competitive environment and prospects of the project .
Fourthly , according to the objective condition of the market in the present stage , the market scale , industry competition and so on of the project are analyzed , meanwhile , the sales situation in the next three years is forecasted ;
The fifth chapter focuses on the strategy of market development , its main contents include market goal , market segment , product positioning and so on .
Sixthly , the financing demand , profitability , risk avoidance and exit mechanism of the project are described emphatically .
Seventh , the implementation plan of the project is introduced , and the implementation priority and time node of each stage are defined ;
Finally , from the whole , this project is summarized and looked forward . After the introduction and analysis of the above content , it is concluded that the fast Huibao Internet financial P2P project is a project with strong feasibility , high investment return and broad market prospect .
