地区金融产业集群发展模式研究

【摘要】：金融产业在某个区域内的集聚程度和发育状况是该区域未来金融产业发展潜力的重要评价指标,因此评估我国地区金融产业集群的发育程度并归纳成功经验,总结其发展的不同模式和路径对我国各地区金融产业发展乃至经济总量增长都能起到很好的指导和促进作用。本文在总结前人关于产业集群的研究成果的基础上,通过对地区金融产业集群理论的研究,明确界定地区金融产业集群的基本概念、特征、性质,论文主要包括以下四个方面的内容： (1)选取纽约、伦敦和东京三大国际金融中心为代表,运用定性分析的方法,通过互动网络模型分析对国外地区金融产业集群的经验进行总结。 (2)我国也出现了北京金融街、上海陆家嘴中心商务区、深圳等金融产业集群的初步形式,本文扩大研究范围,将国内的这些金融中心置于环渤海、长三角和珠三角等区域性的大环境中,用区位熵和集群规模指数两个指标从绝对数值和相对比率两个角度分析了这些地区的金融产业集群现状,界定了三个地区所处的演进阶段。运用EViews5.0软件对各个动力因素进行格兰杰关系检验,得出了集群规模的扩大有利于金融业产值和地区生产总值增加的结论。 (3)总结了金融产业发展的影响因素,归纳出了其发展的两种模式：需求引导型自然形成模式、供给推动型政府主导模式,及其对应的内生集聚路径和外生集聚路径。 (4)以武汉市为对象进行了研究,分析了武汉市金融业的现状及金融产业集群的发育状况,得出在金融产业发展中,保险业所起促进作用最大的结论,进而就武汉市建设区域金融中心的未来发展提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:The degree and development of financial industry agglomeration in a certain region is an important evaluation index of the future development potential of financial industry in this region. Therefore, the degree of development of financial industry cluster in China is evaluated and the successful experience is summed up. Summing up the different modes and paths of its development can play a good role in guiding and promoting the development of financial industry and the total economic growth in all regions of China. On the basis of summarizing the previous research results on industrial clusters, this paper defines the basic concept, characteristics and nature of regional financial industrial clusters by studying the theory of regional financial industrial clusters. The thesis mainly includes the following four aspects: In this paper, three international financial centers, New York, London and Tokyo, are selected as the representatives, and the experience of foreign financial industry clusters is summarized by using the qualitative analysis method and the interactive network model. China has also seen the initial forms of financial industrial clusters such as Beijing Financial Street, Shanghai Lujiazui Central Business District, Shenzhen and so on. This paper expands the scope of research and places these domestic financial centers around the Bohai Sea. In the regional environment such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, the paper analyzes the present situation of the financial industry cluster in these areas from the angle of absolute value and relative ratio by using the location entropy and cluster scale index. Defined the three regions in the evolution of the stage. By using EViews5.0 software to test the Granger relationship of various dynamic factors, the conclusion is drawn that the expansion of cluster scale is beneficial to the increase of the output value of the financial industry and the increase of the regional gross domestic product. This paper summarizes the influencing factors of the development of financial industry, and concludes two modes of its development: demand-oriented natural formation mode, supply-driven government leading mode, and its corresponding endogenous and exogenous agglomeration paths. (4) taking Wuhan City as the object of study, this paper analyzes the present situation of the financial industry and the development of the financial industry cluster in Wuhan, and draws the conclusion that the insurance industry plays the most important role in the development of the financial industry. Then put forward some policy suggestions on the future development of Wuhan City's construction of regional financial center.
