提升邮储银行电子渠道服务价值研究

【摘要】:银行作为社会的金融中介,是社会支付体系的主体,经济运行的每一个经济主体,都是通过银行建立起资金往来关系,并完成各种商品和服务的交易。银行业是一个资本密集型的行业,具有信息服务业的性质,无论是在发达地区或者落后地区,银行业都是计算机和网络技术的最早和最大的应用者,是最适应于网络时代的产业之一。在电子商务和网络经济模式下,传统银行面临着机遇和挑战,电子商务给银行业带来了无限的发展机遇和商机。银行是整个社会货币流的载体,更是引导信息流和物流的基本平台,在电子商务中发挥着主导性的作用。在一个信息技术高速发展的时代,在一个消费者需求不断变化的时代,商业银行如果不随机应变,失去的不仅仅是客户和利润,甚至会被市场无情淘汰。电子商务为银行提供了一个全新的业务领域,为银行获得中间业务收入、加快产品创新步伐、吸引网络时代的客户、转变经营和服务模式创造了很好的机会。本文从分析电子渠道发展环境入手,对照同业商业银行电子渠道服务概况,分析邮储银行电子渠道服务发展现状和存在问题,提出电子渠道服务价值提升策略。从补充延伸物理渠道服务、提升电子支付服务能力、客户使用电子渠道体验,农村电子渠道服务支付网络建设,提出了提升邮储银行电子渠道服务价值层面上的研究结果和管理建议。
[Abstract]:As the financial intermediary of the society, the bank is the main body of the social payment system. Every economic subject in the economic operation establishes the capital exchange relationship through the bank, and completes the transaction of various goods and services. Banking is a capital-intensive industry with the nature of information services. Whether in developed or backward areas, banking is the earliest and largest application of computer and network technology. It is one of the most suitable industries in the internet age. Under the mode of electronic commerce and network economy, traditional banks are faced with opportunities and challenges, and electronic commerce brings unlimited development opportunities and business opportunities to the banking industry. The bank is the carrier of the whole social money flow and the basic platform to guide the information flow and logistics. It plays a leading role in the electronic commerce. In an era of rapid development of information technology and changing consumer demand, commercial banks will lose not only customers and profits, but also market ruthless elimination if they do not adapt to the situation. E-commerce provides a new business field for banks, which creates a good opportunity for banks to obtain intermediate business revenue, speed up the pace of product innovation, attract customers in the network era, and change the mode of operation and service. Based on the analysis of the development environment of electronic channel and the general situation of electronic channel service in commercial banks, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of electronic channel service of postal savings bank, and puts forward some strategies to enhance the value of electronic channel service. From the complementary extension of physical channel services to enhance the ability of electronic payment services, customers use electronic channels experience, rural electronic channel service payment network construction, The research results and management suggestions on enhancing the value of postal savings bank electronic channel service are put forward.
