论南昌银行中小企业金融服务创新实践对策研究

【摘要】:目前,我国银行业中,商业银行数量最多,平均规模最小。近年来,依托改革与创新,商业银行不断的发展并壮大起来。新的历史时期对商业银行提出了更高的要求,即商业银行在面对内外资银行激烈的市场竞争时还需要解决自身存在的问题与困难。不可否认,在经济发展以及社会稳定方面,中小企业都起着非常重要的作用。可是,从现实的情况来看,中小企业的发展正处于瓶颈期,这主要是因为资金的缺乏而造成的,但从另一方面来看,这正是商业银行的商机。服务中小企业,抢占金融市场,不失为实现银企双赢的有效途径,但如何对中小企业的金融服务进行创新,则应该是商业银行要积极进行思考的一个问题。从全球的视角来看,在发达国家的中小企业,商业银行正在进行金融服务创新,其总结出来的很多经验,都值得我国的商业银行借鉴。为提升自身的竞争力和业务发展能力,南昌银行率先抓住机遇创新中小企业金融服务并取得了一定的成效。对南昌银行中小企业金融服务创新进行研究,不仅能更好的促进南昌银行自身的发展,而且对中小企业的发展也同样具有积极的促进作用。本研究基于南昌银行中小企业金融服务创新实践研究的基础上,对世界发达国家和地区中小企业的融资体系、制度、经验进行了比较和分析,从而揭示出南昌银行金融服务创新与中小企业发展之间的互动互利关系,进而对南昌银行金融服务创新提出若干建议,全文由五章组成。本文首先对中小企业在发展中遇到的问题及原因进行了分析,总结出中小企业的发展对金融服务创新提出的新要求。随后,本文又调查了南昌银行中小企业金融服务创新的实践背景及过程,并在此基础上,分析了南昌银行金融服务创新取得的成效及存在的不足。同时,通过比较和借鉴国内外中小企业金融服务创新经验,本文提出了南昌银行金融服务创新的建议和措施:提高对服务中小企业重要性的认识,突出中小企业的银行特色;加大金融产品的创新力度,为中小企业提供多样化的综合金融服务;创新担保方式,精简办理流程,提高中小企业金融服务的反应速度和效率;不断推进人力资源开发与配置方式创新。
[Abstract]:At present, the number of commercial banks in China is the largest and the average scale is the smallest. In recent years, relying on reform and innovation, commercial banks continue to develop and grow. The new historical period puts forward higher requirements for commercial banks, that is, commercial banks need to solve their own problems and difficulties in the face of fierce market competition of domestic and foreign banks. Undeniably, in economic development and social stability, small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role. However, from the point of view of reality, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is in the bottleneck period, which is mainly caused by the lack of funds, but on the other hand, this is the business opportunity of commercial banks. Serving small and medium-sized enterprises and seizing the financial market is an effective way to realize the win-win situation of banks and enterprises. However, how to innovate the financial services of small and medium-sized enterprises should be a problem that commercial banks should actively consider. From the global point of view, in the developed countries, the small and medium-sized enterprises, commercial banks are carrying out financial service innovation, its summed up a lot of experience, which is worthy of our country's commercial banks. In order to improve its competitiveness and business development ability, Nanchang Bank took the lead to seize the opportunity to innovate the financial services of small and medium-sized enterprises and achieved certain results. The research on the financial service innovation of Nanchang Bank can not only promote the development of Nanchang Bank itself, but also play an active role in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the practical research of financial service innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Nanchang Bank, this paper compares and analyzes the financing system, system and experience of small and medium-sized enterprises in developed countries and regions in the world. It reveals the interactive and mutually beneficial relationship between financial service innovation of Nanchang Bank and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then puts forward some suggestions on financial service innovation of Nanchang Bank, which is composed of five chapters. This paper first analyzes the problems and causes of the development of SMEs, and summarizes the new requirements of the development of SMEs for the innovation of financial services. Then, this paper investigates the practical background and process of financial service innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Nanchang Bank, and on this basis, analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of financial service innovation in Nanchang Bank. At the same time, by comparing and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign SMEs' financial service innovation experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for financial service innovation of Nanchang Bank: enhancing the understanding of the importance of serving small and medium-sized enterprises and highlighting the banking characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises; To increase the innovation of financial products, to provide diversified comprehensive financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises, to innovate the way of guarantee, to streamline the processing process, and to improve the response speed and efficiency of the financial services of small and medium-sized enterprises. Continue to promote the development and allocation of human resources innovation.
