中国银行韩国仁川分行设置的可行性研究

【摘要】：经济全球化的发展使得各国银行业相互渗透。对我国银行业而言,积极拓展海外业务,是增强国内银行的抗风险能力,提高本外币一体化服务水平,加强银行业的国际竞争力的重要手段。本文就中国银行在韩国仁川地区设置分支机构的内外部环境及效益评估与风险管理进行分析,从一个特定的微观层面,从实践角度阐述中国银行海外设置分行的前期筹备过程,为其他中资银行或中国银行其他海外行进行海外扩张提供一定的参考。论文在对相关文献进行系统综述后,对相关理论及银行业海外扩张的背景、形势进行了初步分析,就我国银行业海外拓展面临的制约因素及战略思路作了阐述；重点结合韩国及仁川地区的经济金融环境,中国银行首尔分行的基本状况,从中国银行首尔分行的业务发展布局、中韩双边关系、设置发展目标、设置有利因素等4个方面对中国银行仁川分行设置的内外部环境进行分析,最后对中国银行仁川分行设置的效益评估与风险管理进行了详细分析。结论表明,中国银行在韩国仁川设立分行是可行的。
[Abstract]:The development of economic globalization makes the banks of all countries infiltrate each other. For China's banking industry, actively expanding overseas business is an important means to strengthen the ability of domestic banks to resist risks, improve the service level of local and foreign currency integration, and strengthen the international competitiveness of the banking industry. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment, benefit evaluation and risk management of Bank of China branch setting up in Incheon area of Korea, and expounds the preparatory process of overseas branch establishment of Bank of China from a specific micro level and from a practical point of view. For other Chinese banks or other overseas banks of Bank of China for overseas expansion to provide some reference. After a systematic review of the relevant literature, the paper makes a preliminary analysis of the relevant theories and the background and situation of the overseas expansion of the banking industry, and expounds the restrictive factors and strategic thinking of the overseas expansion of the banking industry in China. Focusing on the economic and financial environment of Korea and Incheon, the basic situation of Bank of China Seoul Branch, the layout of business development of Bank of China Seoul Branch, the bilateral relations between China and South Korea, and the setting of development goals. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Bank of China Incheon Branch from four aspects, and finally analyzes the benefit evaluation and risk management of Bank of China Incheon Branch in detail. The conclusion shows that it is feasible for Bank of China to set up a branch in Incheon, Korea.
