银团贷款市场筹组模式及发展策略探析

【摘要】：银团贷款自20世纪中期产生后，已经成为世界各地债务资本市场的主要金融工具，在部分发达国家市场上，银团贷款的份额甚至超过了债券等直接融资。然而，与国外成熟的银团贷款市场相比，我国银团贷款市场的管理远远不够精细，对市场建设和规范操作等方面重视程度不够，银团筹组模式也非常单一，有待进一步完善。对银团贷款市场筹组模式和发展策略的研究也因此具有现实意义。在这种背景下，本文从分析国外银团贷款市场的起源和发展历程入手，，介绍了成熟银团贷款市场的政策环境、监管体系、自律体系以及筹组方式等各个方面，重点突出其运作程序规范和管理专业化的特点。随后，本文研究了国内银团贷款市场的发展现状，并与国外银团贷款市场在金融市场环境、银团组建流程等各方面进行了比较，指出我国银团贷款市场存在市场主体发展严重滞后、支持对象结构失衡、规范化和标准化程度不高、缺乏规范的数据统计口径等一系列问题和差距。之后，通过对H市轨道交通项目具体银团贷款组建过程的案例介绍，进一步分析了银团贷款的筹组模式和过程，以及对银团贷款市场发展的有利和不利影响。最后提出推动我国银团贷款市场发展的策略建议，包括市场的环境建设、规范发展和筹组模式创新策略。
[Abstract]:Since the mid-20th century, syndicated loans have become the main financial instruments in debt capital markets around the world. In some developed countries, the share of syndicated loans is even greater than that of direct financing such as bonds. However, compared with the foreign mature syndicated loan market, the management of the syndicated loan market in our country is far from fine enough, the market construction and standardized operation are not paid enough attention to, and the syndicated organization model is very single, which needs to be further improved. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the formation model and development strategy of syndicated loan market. Under this background, this paper begins with the analysis of the origin and development of foreign syndicated loan market, and introduces the policy environment, supervision system, self-discipline system and organizing method of the mature syndicated loan market. Focus on its operational procedures and the characteristics of professional management. Then, this paper studies the current situation of domestic syndicated loan market, and compares it with foreign syndicated loan market in financial market environment, syndicated formation process and other aspects. It is pointed out that there are a series of problems and gaps in China's syndicated loan market, such as the serious lag in the development of the main body of the market, the imbalance of the supporting object structure, the low degree of standardization and standardization, and the lack of standardized data and statistical caliber. Then, through the case introduction of the specific syndicated loan formation process of the rail transit project in H city, this paper further analyzes the preparation mode and process of the syndicated loan, as well as the favorable and negative effects on the development of syndicated loan market. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of China's syndicated loan market, including market environment construction, standardized development and organization model innovation strategy.
