呼和浩特市构建区域金融中心影响因素研究

【摘要】：金融中心的建立,能够集聚大量的金融资本和各种金融要素,并通过金融的集聚效应极大地带动该地区金融和经济更好更快发展,在推动经济社会发展方面发挥着巨大的作用。正因如此,各地区都将金融中心的建设放在了突出的位置。近几年,内蒙古经济持续快速发展,2010年全区生产总值超万亿,经济总量由全国后列进入中列,人均生产总值达到7070美元,位居全国前列,经济整体实力位居西部地区前列。呼和浩特市作为内蒙古自治区首府和区域中心城市,在构建区域性金融中心方面具备首府综合优势、经济基础优势、区位交通优势以及周边经济环境等诸多优势。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,以规模经济理论、产业集群理论、金融地理学理论、总部经济理论作为呼和浩特市构建区域金融中心发展的经济学理论依据,综合运用定性和定量分析的方法、理论与实证相结合的方法,通过全面介绍呼和浩特市金融业发展现状,综合分析呼和浩特市构建区域金融中心的优劣势,明确呼和浩特市构建区域金融中心的发展战略,提出以本地实体经济为依托,充分发挥政府推动与主导作用,构建多元化、多功能的金融组织体系,完善金融市场建设,改善金融生态环境,推进金融创新,培养金融人才,提高金融核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the financial center can gather a large amount of financial capital and various financial elements, and through the financial agglomeration effect, it will greatly promote the better and faster development of the region's finance and economy, and play a great role in promoting the economic and social development. For this reason, all regions put the construction of financial centres in a prominent position. In recent years, the economy of Inner Mongolia has continued to develop rapidly. In 2010, the GDP of the whole region exceeded trillion, and the gross economic output of the whole region entered into the list from the back of the whole country. The per capita GDP reached 7070 US dollars, ranking the forefront of the whole country, and the overall economic strength of the western region. As the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and the regional central city, Hohhot has the advantages of comprehensive capital, economic base, regional transportation and surrounding economic environment in the construction of regional financial center. Based on the previous research results, this paper takes the theory of scale economy, the theory of industrial cluster, the theory of financial geography and the theory of headquarters economy as the economic theoretical basis for the construction of regional financial center in Hohhot. By using the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis and combining theory with demonstration, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of regional financial center in Hohhot by introducing the present situation of financial industry development in Hohhot. Make clear the development strategy of constructing regional financial center in Hohhot city, put forward to take the local real economy as the basis, give full play to the role of the government to promote and lead, construct the pluralistic and multifunctional financial organization system, perfect the financial market construction. Improve the financial ecological environment, promote financial innovation, train financial talents, and improve the core competitiveness of finance.
