我国商业银行外币保函业务发展与对策

【摘要】：随着国内企业在国际工程承包市场的业务份额逐步提高,我国商业银行外币保函业务的发展也呈现快速增长态势。2009年前三季度,中国银行、中国工商银行、中国建设银行和中国农业银行四大国有商业银行外币保函发生额超过220亿美元,截至2009年8月末的外币保函余额超过900亿美元。为了抓住外币保函业务发展的良好机遇,我国商业银行需要对市场环境和客户需求进行分析,并针对目前存在的不足,加以改进和创新。
[Abstract]:With the increasing share of domestic enterprises in the international engineering contracting market, the foreign currency guarantee business of commercial banks in China has also shown a rapid growth trend. In the first three quarters of 2009, the Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, The amount of foreign currency guarantees of China Construction Bank and Agricultural Bank of China four state-owned commercial banks exceeded US $22 billion, and the balance of foreign currency guarantees at the end of August 2009 exceeded US $90 billion. In order to seize the good opportunity for the development of foreign currency guarantee business, Chinese commercial banks need to analyze the market environment and customer needs, and to improve and innovate in view of the existing shortcomings.
