我国私人银行业务发展模式探讨

【摘要】:私人银行业务历来是各国银行业在个人业务服务方面的重要业务,在商业银行转型中发挥巨大的作用,是银行个人业务效益组成的支柱。我国银行业在成立之初,主要是为不断发展的企业提供各种服务,个人业务主要是为客户提供存款服务,大多数的商业银行负责个人业务的部门名称叫做“筹资部”。近年来,国内商业银行的个人业务发生了巨大的变化,由过去单纯的筹资功能转化为客户提供专业的理财服务,银行的经营场所也发生了较大的变化。由过去单纯的高柜服务变成现在的高柜、低柜和理财中心,根据客户的需求、客户的性质提供差异化的服务,逐渐开始了以“客户为中心”的新的银行服务理念。 私人银行业务是商业银行以财富管理为核心,面向高额净资产客户提供的专业化的一揽子的金融服务。随着我国经济的发展,社会财富不断增长,高净值的人群也越来越多,中国已经形成了一支在社会经济中越来越具有影响力的高收入群体,这部分高端客户迫切需要银行提供不同于大众的专享服务。由于我行客户分层刚刚起步,以客户为中心的服务理念刚刚推行,因此对于国外早就开始的针对高端客户的私人银行业务,我国的商业银行极度缺乏,该群体日益增长的财富管理需求难以得到有效满足。同时由于我国宏观经济、金融管制以及内部制度的限制,我国商业银行的运作模式还存在诸多问题。我国商业银行私人银行的发展还有很长一段路要走。 本文首先介绍了此篇论文的写作背国内外对私人银行业务研究的文献梳理以及研究此课题的必要性,随后详细概述了私人银行的定义、特征、发展,以及私人银行业务与银行发展的关系。同时研究分析了国外私人银行和国内私人银行业务的发展模式和发展情况,对国内外私人银行的发展模式进行了对比分析,提出了影响私人银行发展的几个因素以及国内私人银行在发展过程中存在的问题,最后通过分析,提出了我国私人银行业务发展模式的建议,并在此基础上提出了一些对策意见,如加强私人银行专业化经营、优化客户结构、加强产品研发、引入现代营销观念、加快信息系统建设、培养引进私人银行专业人才等一些措施。
[Abstract]:Private banking has always been an important business in the personal business service of the banking industry in various countries. It plays an important role in the transformation of commercial banks and is the pillar of individual business efficiency of banks. At the beginning of China's banking industry, it is mainly to provide various services for developing enterprises, and personal business is mainly to provide deposit service for customers. Most commercial banks' departments in charge of personal business are called "financing Department". In recent years, great changes have taken place in the personal business of domestic commercial banks, from the simple function of raising funds to providing professional financial services for customers, and great changes have taken place in the place of operation of banks. From the simple high cabinet service in the past to the current high cabinet, low cabinet and financial management center, according to the customer's demand, the customer's nature provides the differentiated service, gradually began to take "the customer as the center" the new bank service idea. Private banking is a professional package of financial services provided by commercial banks with wealth management as the core and for customers with high net assets. With the development of our country's economy, the social wealth is increasing and the number of people with high net worth is increasing. China has formed a high-income group with more and more influence in the social economy. This segment of high-end customers urgently need banks to provide exclusive services different from the public. As the customer stratification of our bank has just started, and the concept of customer-centered service has just been implemented, the commercial banks in our country are extremely short of the private banking business for high-end customers, which has long been started abroad. The growing wealth management needs of this group are difficult to meet effectively. At the same time, because of the restriction of macro economy, financial control and internal system, there are still many problems in the operation mode of commercial banks in our country. There is still a long way to go for the development of private banks in China's commercial banks. This paper first introduces the writing of this paper and the domestic and foreign literature review of private banking research and the necessity of studying this topic, and then summarizes the definition, characteristics, development of private banking in detail. And the relationship between private banking and bank development. At the same time, it studies and analyzes the development mode and situation of foreign private banks and domestic private banks, and makes a comparative analysis of the development models of domestic and foreign private banks. This paper puts forward several factors that affect the development of private banks and the problems existing in the development of domestic private banks. Finally, through the analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions on the development mode of private banks in China. On this basis, some countermeasures are put forward, such as strengthening the specialized management of private banks, optimizing customer structure, strengthening product research and development, introducing modern marketing concepts, and speeding up the construction of information systems. Training the introduction of private banking professionals and other measures.
