中国建设银行佳木斯分行个人理财业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着佳木斯居民财富的日益增长,个人理财服务的需求越来越大,对金融机构提供的个人理财服务感兴趣,个人理财业务在佳木斯市有很大的增长空间对佳木斯市普通市民来说,财产的增值方式非常有限,同时普遍缺乏与个人理财相关的知识当前佳木斯各大商业银行的业务收入仍以存贷款利息差为主,但这种单一模式的盈利空间日益萎缩考虑到佳木斯市场的规模,很难有更大的拓展空间,中间业务逐渐受到各商业银行的重视,非利息收入业务也已经有了很大的发展而个人理财业务还处于刚刚起步的阶段,但是潜在的市场非常大,佳木斯市各商业银行间个人理财业务出现激烈的竞争,同时来自证券公司,保险公司等金融机构的竞争压力也日益明显 本文对建设银行佳木斯分行个人理财业务开展的现状进行了分析,利用SWOT分析方法,指出了建设银行佳木斯分行在开办个人理财业务方面的优势劣势机会和威胁,在此基础上揭示了建设银行佳木斯分行个人理财业务存在的问题,进而在制度建立市场营销业务创新人才培养品牌推广等方面提出相应的建议,,以期为建设银行佳木斯分行增强个人理财业务竞争力提供有益的帮助
[Abstract]:With the increasing wealth of the residents in Jiamusi, the demand for personal financial services is becoming more and more large, and the personal financial services provided by financial institutions are interested. There is a lot of growth space for personal financial services in Jiamusi. For ordinary citizens of Jiamusi, the way of increasing the value of property is very limited. At the same time, there is a general lack of personal financial management. At present, the business income of the major commercial banks in Jiamusi is still dominated by the interest difference of deposit and loan. However, the shrinking profit space of this single mode is taking into account the scale of the Jiamusi market, it is difficult to have greater expansion space, the intermediary business is gradually paid attention to by the commercial banks, and the non interest income business has also been greatly developed. The personal financial business is still in the beginning stage, but the potential market is very big. There is fierce competition among the commercial banks in Jiamusi. At the same time, the pressure of competition from financial institutions such as securities companies and insurance companies is becoming more and more obvious.
This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of personal financial services in Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank, and uses the SWOT analysis method to point out the opportunities and threats of the advantages and disadvantages of the Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank in setting up personal financial services, and on this basis reveals the problems existing in the personal financial services of the Jiamusi branch of the Construction Bank. In order to provide beneficial help for the construction of Jiamusi branch of Construction Bank to enhance the competitiveness of personal financial services, some suggestions have been put forward in the system of establishing marketing business innovative talents and promoting brand promotion.
