工商银行中间业务发展研究

【摘要】:中间业务是银行三大支柱业务之一,是目前商业银行面对西方发达国家商业银行竞争、迎接全球化挑战、提高自身经济实力的一个重要支柱业务。在我国加入WTO以后,全球商业银行的竞争主要是新兴业务的竞争,尤其是中间业务创新力的竞争,中间业务的竞争已经成为国内外商业银行的必争之地。 最近几年,我国商业银行紧紧跟随着国际主流金融业的变革,各大银行纷纷将中间业务视为未来的发展重心,将其作为自己的战略发展方向,大部分商业银行已经加快了中间业务的创新步伐。国内各大商业银行在中间业务的创新发展方面都取得了明显的进步,这不仅提高了我国中间业务发展的整体水平,同时也提升了国内银行业整体的盈利水平,增强了国内商业银行的自主创新能力,逐步缩短了与西方发达国家中间业务水平的差距。 虽然我国商业银行的中间业务已经取得了很大的进步,许多数据都表明我国商业银行在金融危机以及全球经济衰退的影响下,中间业务收入水平不止没有下降,反而在不断地提升,但是提升的力度还是很小的。与西方发达国家商业银行的中间业务相比,我国商业银行中间业务还有很大的提升空间。其中工商银行中间业务的发展在五大国有商业银行中占有一定的优势,因此本文通过对工商银行中间业务发展研究来了解国内商业银行中间业务发展的现状。 在国际金融化改革的新领域中,工商银行要充分把握好时机,增强自主创新能力。从工商银行近几年来的发展情况我们可以看到它的中间业务发展有了很大的进步,同时我们更应该看到影响它的许多负面因素,这些因素正在潜藏着危机,阻碍工商银行中间业务提升创新力。这不仅影响工商银行的规模、效益同时也会对整个国民经济的发展产生一定的负面效应。因此,重视中间业务的发展,大力发展中间业务,是促进中国工商银行业务收入增长的关键所在。 论文借鉴国内外发展中间业务的相关文献理论,尤其是西方发达国家对中间业务的研究理论,如1987年美国西北大学提出的“TRTCK”多因素综合模型对中间业务发展动因进行了概括,这一理论提出的五大因素对中间业务的影响贯穿其整个过程,这个理论对国内各大商业银行也同样适用,论文借鉴相应的理论对工商银行中间业务的发展进行分析。同时论文借鉴一些国内金融学者对目前国内商业银行中间业务发展状况的研究,分析国内商业银行中间业务发展状况,并提出自己的相关建议。 在结构安排上,笔者共分为六个部分对商业银行中间业务发展问题进行阐述。 第一部分为导论。首先论文介绍了选题的研究背景及研究意义:然后为文献综述,通过国内外两方面对商业银行中间业务发展进行文献理论研究。国外文献都是从金融创新层面对中间业务的发展来研究的,笔者首先从国外关于金融创新理论进行总结,然后对国内的研究成果进行归纳,通过对国内外学者研究成果的参考,得出笔者的研究思路;接着是本文的逻辑思路与结构框架,以及采用的研究方法,最后是对本文的创新和不足之处加以解说。 第二部分为国内外中间业务发展现状及启示,对商业银行中间业务的概念、分类情况、作用和风险特点,使读者对国内商业银行的中间业务情况进行初步的认识和了解,接着对国内外商业银行中间业务的发展情况进行比较分析,从中分析出我国商业银行发展中间业务发展中的优势与不足之处,分别从观念思想转变、收入结构转变、符合我国国情这三个方面进行总结,通过启示促进我国商业银行中间业务发展。 第三部分为工商银行中间业务现状及分析,首先对工商银行中间业务发展现状进行阐述,接着通过对工商银行中间业务情况与西方发达国家商业银行中间业务情况(以汇丰银行为例)作比较分析,得出工商银行在发展中间业务方面存在产品品种贫乏、技术手段低劣、中间业务收入水平较低等不足之处,进一步提出工行应向西方发达国家商业银行学习的相关建议; 第四部分为工商银行中间业务的发展分析,也是本文的核心部分,以前的文章只是单一的实证分析进行研究,本文通过两种不同类型的分析方法对工商银行中间业务发展情况进行分析。论文通过对工商银行中间业务整体发展情况的SWOT分析和局部影响因素的实证分析,得出工商银行中间业务水平的内部优势和劣势、外部环境的机遇和威胁,并指出工行部分财务指标对其中间业务发展的不同影响。首先对工商银行整体情况进行SWOT分析,得出工商银行中间业务水平的内部优势和劣势、外部环境的机遇和威胁,然后运用Eviews软件对微观影响因素进行格兰杰因果检验,再对影响因素进行回归分析,得出总资本、利息收入对中间业务显著正相关,资本充足率、不良贷款率负相关,除资本充足率外其他均通过模型检验。 第五部分为战略选择和建议,首先对工商银行中间业务整体进行优势、劣势、机遇与挑战的战略选择,制定工商银行进一步提升中间业务能力的具体发展战略,同时针对影响工商银行中间业务发展的个别因素提出自己的相关建议,指导工商银行进一步规划中间业务的发展格局。 最后部分为结论与展望,工商银行应充分利用自身所具备的强大的内部环境优势,同时尽力克服外部环境中面临的威胁,从而才能取得中间业务的长期有效地发展,希望能够对其他商业银行中间业务的发展有启示作用。
[Abstract]:The intermediary business is one of the three pillars of the bank . It is an important pillar in the commercial banks to compete with the commercial banks in the western developed countries to meet the challenges of globalization and improve their economic strength . After China ' s entry into the WTO , the competition of the global commercial banks is mainly the competition of the emerging business , especially the competition of the intermediary business innovation , and the competition of the intermediary business has become a necessary place for commercial banks at home and abroad .

In recent years , China ' s commercial banks have closely followed the reform of the international mainstream financial industry , and the major banks have taken the intermediary business as their strategic development direction . Most commercial banks have made remarkable progress in the development of the intermediary business . This not only improves the overall level of the development of the intermediary business in our country , but also increases the overall profit level of the domestic banking industry , strengthens the independent innovation ability of the domestic commercial banks , and gradually shortens the gap with the intermediate business level of the developed countries .

Although China ' s commercial banks have made great progress in the intermediary business , many data show that China ' s commercial banks have not only declined in the financial crisis and the global economic recession , but the level of promotion is still very small . In comparison with the middle business of commercial banks in western developed countries , the development of the intermediate business of commercial banks has a certain advantage in the five big state - owned commercial banks . Therefore , this paper tries to find out the present situation of the development of the intermediate business of domestic commercial banks through the research on the development of the intermediate business of ICBC .

In the new field of international financial reform , ICBC should fully grasp the good time and strengthen the independent innovation ability . From the development of ICBC in recent years , we can see that it has made great progress in the development of the intermediate business . At the same time , we should see many negative factors that affect it . This not only affects the size and benefit of ICBC , but also exerts negative effect on the development of the whole national economy .

This paper draws lessons from the relevant literature theories of domestic and foreign development of the intermediate business , especially the research theory of the western developed countries to the intermediate business . The five factors , such as the " TRTCK " multi - factor comprehensive model proposed by the Northwest University in 1987 , have carried on the analysis of the development of the intermediary business .

On the structure arrangement , the author divides into six parts to discuss the development of intermediary business of commercial banks .

Firstly , the paper introduces the background and significance of the research on the development of intermediary business in commercial banks .
Then it is the logical thinking and structural framework of this paper , and the research methods adopted in this paper , and finally explains the innovations and shortcomings of this paper .

The second part analyzes the concept , classification , function and risk of the intermediate business of commercial banks at home and abroad , and makes a comparative analysis on the development of the intermediary business of commercial banks at home and abroad .

The third part is the present situation and the analysis of the intermediate business of ICBC , and then makes a comparative analysis on the intermediate business situation of ICBC and the intermediary business of the western developed countries ( taking HSBC as an example ) , and concludes that the ICBC has the disadvantages of poor product varieties , inferior technical means and lower income level of the intermediate service in the development of the intermediary business , and further puts forward relevant suggestions for the study of the commercial banks in the developed countries ;


The fourth part is divided into the development and analysis of the intermediate business of ICBC , and it is the core part of this paper . The former article is only a single empirical analysis . This paper makes an empirical analysis of the development of the intermediate business of ICBC by means of two different types of analysis methods .

The fifth part is the strategic choice and suggestion . First , the strategic choice of the advantages , disadvantages , opportunities and challenges of the intermediary business of ICBC is selected , and the concrete development strategy for further enhancing the intermediary business capacity is formulated . At the same time , the relevant suggestions are put forward for the individual factors that affect the development of the intermediate business of ICBC , and guide the ICBC to further plan the development pattern of the intermediary business .

The last part is conclusion and prospect , ICBC should make full use of the strong internal environment advantage possessed by oneself , while trying to overcome the threat faced in the external environment , so that the long - term and effective development of the intermediate business can be achieved , and it is hoped that the development of the intermediary business of other commercial banks will be enlightening .
