农村信用社金融中介功能残缺与农村经济增长

【摘要】：本文选取农村信用社从业人员与农村人口数量比率等5个指标与农村人均GDP增长率进行实证分析,对农村信用社的监控与激励功能和价值增值功能与农村经济增长的关系进行定性分析。认为农村信用社参与农信银清算系统的影响之一是不利于农村经济增长,不改变粗放型增长的放贷方式、不加大人力信息获得的力度将不利于推动农村经济发展,监控和激励功能得不到有效改善会加剧农村经济风险的累积,价值增值功能在短期内对农村经济增长的拉动作用不明显。
[Abstract]:This paper chooses the ratio of rural credit cooperatives employees to rural population and other five indicators and rural per capita GDP growth rate for empirical analysis. Qualitative analysis is made on the relationship between the monitoring and incentive function of rural credit cooperatives and the value added function and the rural economic growth. It is considered that one of the influences of rural credit cooperatives' participation in the rural credit bank clearing system is that it is not conducive to rural economic growth, does not change the extensive growth of lending methods, and does not increase the strength of human information acquisition will not be conducive to the promotion of rural economic development. Without effective improvement of monitoring and incentive functions, the accumulation of rural economic risks will be aggravated, and the value added function will not play a significant role in stimulating rural economic growth in the short term.
