H期货公司核心员工创新能力提升策略研究

【摘要】:企业的核心员工通常掌握着相关领域较为前沿的技术技能,具有较为丰富的相关工作经历,他们大都谙熟该行业的相关规则,精通企业运作环节的各种技能和诀窍,控制着企业的关键资源,身上隐含着其他员工无法代替的特长。这就决定了核心员工通常对企业的经营、管理和发展起到非常重要的作用,对企业核心价值的体现起到决定性作用。世界上许多著名企业都将核心员工作为企业取得竞争优势核心要素和基石。随着中国加入世贸组织,中国证券市场逐步放开,我国证券市场将面临越来越激烈的竞争,在知识经济时代的今天,企业间的竞争,就是人才的竞争,尤其对于知识技术密集型的证券行业来说,更是如此。因此,作为中国证券行业一员的H期货公司,应该将核心员工创新能力的培养提上日程,以便在激烈的国内国际竞争中能够占领一席之地。 H期货公司是中国一家国家控股的期货经纪公司,H期货公司成立于1995年5月2日,是经中国证监会批准的大型专业性期货公司,注册资本1亿元人民币。公司拥有大连商品交易所、上海期货交易所、郑州商品交易所、中国金融期货交易所的会员资格,主要从事商品期货经纪、金融期货经纪业务。H期货公司近期将核心员工的研发和技能深化作为公司人力资源管理的重要内容,且已经取得了一定的实效。本文以H期货公司作为研究对象,运用核心员工管理和激励理论等的相关理论,结合公司所处的行业特点、战略目标及人力资源管理现状,对该公司核心员工创新能力提升的策略进行分析。 本文在阐述了期货公司核心员工创新能力的主要维度后,重点分析了H期货公司核心员工创新能力不足的表现和原因。然后给出了H期货公司核心员工创新能力提升的具体策略,最后本文提出了H期货公司核心员工创新能力提升策略的实施与保障,给出了加大投入、加强企业文化建设、实施有效的激励政策、对组织实施扁平化变革等建议。
[Abstract]:The core employees of the enterprise usually have advanced technical skills in related fields and have rich relevant work experience. Most of them are familiar with the relevant rules of the industry, and are proficient in the various skills and know-how of the operation of the enterprise. Control of the company's key resources, implied that other employees can not replace the special strength. This determines that the core staff usually play a very important role in the management, management and development of the enterprise, and play a decisive role in the embodiment of the core value of the enterprise. Many famous enterprises in the world regard the core staff as the core element and foundation stone of obtaining the competitive advantage. With China's entry into the WTO and the gradual liberalization of China's securities market, China's securities market will face more and more fierce competition. In the era of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises is the competition for talents. Especially for the knowledge-and-technology-intensive securities industry, it is even more so. Therefore, as a member of China's securities industry, H Futures Company should put the training of its core staff's innovation ability on the agenda. In order to occupy a place in the fierce domestic and international competition. H Futures Company, a state-controlled futures brokerage company in China, was established on May 2, 1995. China Securities Regulatory Commission is approved by the large professional futures companies, registered capital of 100 million yuan. The company has the membership of Dalian Commodity Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and China Financial Futures Exchange, mainly engaged in commodity futures brokerage, Financial futures brokerage business. H futures company has recently taken the research and development and skills deepening of its core staff as an important part of the company's human resource management, and has achieved certain results. This paper takes H Futures Company as the research object, applies the related theories of core staff management and incentive theory, and combines the characteristics of the industry, strategic objectives and the current situation of human resources management of the company. This paper analyzes the strategy of improving the innovation ability of the company's core staff. After expounding the main dimensions of innovation ability of the core employees of futures company, this paper mainly analyzes the performance and reasons of the lack of innovation ability of the core employees in H futures company. Then it gives the specific strategy of improving the innovation ability of the core staff of H Futures Company. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee of the innovation ability promotion strategy of the core staff of H Futures Company, and gives out to increase investment and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture. Implement effective incentive policies and implement flattening changes to the organization.
