论狭义虚拟货币

【摘要】：随着虚拟经济的发展,虚拟货币作为网络时代的新型交易工具正蓬勃兴起。尽管虚拟货币与电子货币经常引起人们的混淆,但是与电子货币不同,虚拟货币仍处于发展初期,人们对虚拟货币的定义一直众说纷纭,对其分类更是各执一词。虽然虚拟货币在金融市场上的自由流通尚欠火候,但是其与现实货币的兑换已然初现端倪。对于这种"货币",只有先对其做出明确界定,才方便在流通中和法律上规范各方行为。
[Abstract]:With the development of virtual economy, virtual currency as a new trading tool in the network era is booming. Although virtual money and electronic currency often cause confusion, but different from electronic currency, virtual currency is still in the early stage of development, people have different opinions on the definition of virtual currency, and their classification is even more consistent. Although the free circulation of virtual currency in the financial market is still in short supply, its exchange with real money has already begun to emerge. To this kind of "money", it is convenient to regulate the behavior of all parties in circulation and in law only by defining it clearly.
