A银行基层员工职业生涯管理研究
[Abstract]:With the development of our socialist market economy and the acceleration of our country's pace towards the world, our banking industry is facing more and more fierce competition. In this context, to maximize the competitiveness of commercial banks in China has become a major issue before us. In order to improve competitiveness, it is necessary to have excellent talents and continuous high quality human resources as the guarantee. Therefore, strengthening the professional career management of the bank, attracting talents better, carrying out the policy of "educating, employing and retaining people" in Bank A is undoubtedly of great significance to the long-term development of Bank A. At present, China's commercial banks have attached great importance to human resource management, and began to apply career management in the practice of management. However, there are many problems in the career management of Bank A because the research and application in this field are still in a immature stage. The main manifestation of these problems is the lack of systematic planning and research on career management in Bank A as a whole, and there are many deficiencies in the specific measures. Based on the current situation of career management of bank employees in China, this paper applies the relevant theories of career management to start from the actual situation of Bank A. This paper analyzes the problems and challenges in the career management of basic level employees in Bank A. Through the research and analysis, we put forward the corresponding suggestions and measures in view of the practical problems. It is suggested that the career management of basic employees of Bank A should be perfected from the aspects of overall planning guidance and practical operation. Through this paper, we hope to help Bank A to improve the career management of grass-roots employees to a certain extent, and play a positive role in improving the level of human resources management in Bank A.
