中国民生银行南通分行绩效考核方案的改进研究

【摘要】:人力资源是银行最重要的投入要素,银行管理界对其高度重视,人力资源管理因此也成为银行管理重要的职能之一。商业银行绩效考核是商业银行人力资源管理领域的核心工作,其在国外已经非常成熟,但是由于历史原因,我国商业银行绩效考核工作开展的不是很理想。这也是成为我国商业银行人力资源管理领域的难题之一。绩效考核关系着商业银行是否能够圆满完成当期任务指标,也关系着银行客户的利益是否能够得到保障。本文以绩效考核相关理论为基础,对中国民生银行南通分行绩效考核现状进行详细的分析,发现其存在的问题,并对南通分行绩效考核体系进行了改进设计。 本文第一章简要介绍论文的研究背景、目的及意义、研究现状、研究内容与方法等内容。第二章对绩效考核的相关理论进行简单的阐述。第三章对南通分行的组织结构、人力资源状况、经营状况等详细分析,说明南通分行绩效考核的现状,并结合实际对在绩效考核中存在的问题及问题产生的原因进行深入的分析。第四章提出对南通分行的绩效考核持续改进设计方案。第五章提出了保障绩效考核体系顺利实施的相关措施。
[Abstract]:Human resource is the most important input element of the bank, which is highly valued by the bank management community. Therefore, the human resource management has become one of the important functions of the bank management. Performance appraisal of commercial banks is the core work in the field of human resource management of commercial banks. It has been very mature in foreign countries, but due to historical reasons, the performance appraisal work of commercial banks in China is not very ideal. This also becomes one of the difficult problems in the field of human resource management of commercial banks in our country. Performance appraisal is related to whether the commercial banks can successfully complete the current task indicators and whether the interests of bank customers can be protected. Based on the theory of performance appraisal, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal in Nantong Branch of Minsheng Bank of China, finds out the existing problems, and designs an improved performance appraisal system for Nantong Branch. The first chapter briefly introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research status, research content and methods. The second chapter briefly expounds the theory of performance appraisal. The third chapter analyzes Nantong branch's organizational structure, human resource condition, management condition and so on, and explains the present situation of Nantong branch's performance appraisal. And combined with the actual performance appraisal existing problems and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth. The fourth chapter puts forward the design scheme of continuous improvement of Nantong Branch performance Appraisal. The fifth chapter puts forward the relevant measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal system.
