中行龙华支行企业文化建设的案例分析
[Abstract]:The competition between enterprises in the future will be the competition of corporate culture, which is the core competitiveness of enterprises. At present, more and more countries in the world attach importance to the construction of corporate culture, and many developed countries regard the construction of corporate culture as one of the most important driving factors for enterprises to maintain their prosperity. In today's society, especially in Shenzhen, the competition between banks is extremely fierce, and the competition between banks is no longer just the competition of products, marketing, management, and the competition of enterprise culture. Corporate culture, which runs through the whole process of enterprise development, is different from the combination of elements of other enterprises. In the final analysis, enterprise culture is a unique mode of thinking and behavior different from other enterprises. As the core of economic development, the enterprise culture of financial industry should stand at the forefront of advanced culture. Therefore, the construction of enterprise culture of Longhua Branch of Bank of China should always embody the forward direction of advanced culture. The corporate culture construction of the Bank of China Longhua Branch determines the overall image, competition level and development direction of the Bank of China Longhua Branch. To some extent, the construction of corporate culture determines the core competitiveness of the Bank of China Longhua Branch. The construction of the corporate culture of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China is to establish the core values of the enterprise, cultivate the enterprise spirit, establish enterprise norms, carry out various cultural activities, and mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff in a purposeful and planned way. Measures taken to improve the quality of employees and the work carried out. The construction of excellent corporate culture is the need of the development of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China, the need of improving its own competitiveness, and the requirement of the progress of the times. On the basis of synthetically discussing the theories and practical experiences of corporate culture at home and abroad, this paper makes a literature review and analysis, empirical research and other means. This paper studies the problems existing in the initial stage of the enterprise culture construction of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China and how to solve the problems through the construction of the excellent enterprise culture, and discusses the methods and the practical functions of the construction of the excellent enterprise culture. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance. Its theoretical significance is to make up for the deficiency of the existing research on the enterprise culture construction of state-owned banks in China. The practical significance of these studies is to strengthen the corporate culture construction of the Longhua Branch of Bank of China at the present stage. It is of great practical significance to improve the core competitiveness of Bank of China Longhua Branch and promote its sustainable and healthy development.
