XX银行投行业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着金融自由化、电子化和全球化的发展,原实施分业经营的各国纷纷放弃了金融分业经营制度走向混业,次贷危机的爆发更是加速了这种趋势,世界五大投行要么被收购要么破产的结局似乎向我们宣示着混业经营时代的到来。伴随着我国实体经济走向全球化,金融企业也必然要适应金融全球化竞争的需要,其经营模式正逐渐向世界一流金融机构的组织经营模式转变。战略管理是依据企业的战略规划,对企业的战略实施加以监督、分析与控制,特别是对企业的资源配置与事业方向加以约束,促使企业顺利达成企业目标。对XX银行投行业务发展战略的研究,通过对其发展面临的内外部环境的分析,为其结构转型过程中确保正确的发展战略,明确发展目标并提升市场竞争力提供可以借鉴的理论成果、研究方法和思路。 本文以战略管理的动态管理理论、国内外投行业务发展的过程、现状和趋势分析为研究基础,,通过对XX银行发展投行业务面临的外部竞争环境分析、PEST分析、内部环境分析,从投行业务发展的客户资源、业务范围、组织结构和人才队伍建设等方面进行考虑,运用SWOT分析工具,提出了XX银行发展投行业务多元化战略,并跟据目前金融国际化的大趋势提出了战略联盟这一新趋势下的战略模式。从企业文化的重塑、组织结构的改进、人才队伍建设、考核机制的完善、经营产品的创新五个方面提出了确保战略目标顺利实施的措施。最后从发展战略的控制系统建设和战略评价两方面提出了确保战略实施有力保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of financial liberalization, electronization and globalization, many countries that used to implement separate operation have abandoned the financial separation system and moved to mixed operation. The outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis has accelerated this trend. The outcome of the world's five biggest investment banks, either acquired or bankrupt, seems to herald the arrival of an era of mixed business. With the globalization of the real economy in our country, the financial enterprises must adapt to the needs of the competition of financial globalization, and their management mode is gradually changing to the organization and management mode of the first-class financial institutions in the world. Strategic management is to supervise, analyze and control the implementation of the enterprise strategy according to the strategic plan of the enterprise, especially to restrict the allocation of resources and the direction of the enterprise, so as to promote the enterprise to achieve its objectives smoothly. The research on the development strategy of XX bank investment bank, through the analysis of the internal and external environment facing its development, ensures the correct development strategy in the process of its structural transformation. Clear development goals and enhance market competitiveness to provide theoretical results, research methods and ideas. Based on the dynamic management theory of strategic management, the process, current situation and trend analysis of investment banking business development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the external competitive environment faced by XX Bank in the development of investment banking business, including pest analysis and internal environment analysis. Considering the customer resources, business scope, organization structure and talent team construction of investment banking business development, and using SWOT analysis tool, this paper puts forward XX bank's diversification strategy for developing investment banking business. According to the current trend of financial internationalization, the strategic model under the new trend of strategic alliance is put forward. This paper puts forward the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic goal from five aspects: the remodeling of enterprise culture, the improvement of organizational structure, the construction of talent ranks, the perfection of examination mechanism, and the innovation of management products. Finally, the author puts forward to guarantee the implementation of the strategy from two aspects: the construction of control system and the evaluation of strategy.
