后危机时代中国金融企业对外投资的风险分析
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the pace of financial internationalization and the opening up of Chinese finance, more and more Chinese financial enterprises have begun to increase their foreign investment, which is the inevitable choice for China's financial industry to integrate into the international market. Also is the Chinese financial enterprise enhances the competition ability the intrinsic request. This paper examines the current situation of Chinese financial enterprises' foreign investment, and analyzes the risks and benefits of foreign investment. In the part of foreign investment motivation of Chinese financial enterprises, the analysis of overseas mixed operation motivation and speculative impulse is carried out. To reduce the risk of overseas investment of Chinese financial enterprises, we should pay attention to the internationalization of management, the emerging market and the establishment of dynamic risk management system.
