我国中小企业融资租赁研究

【摘要】：中小企业已成为我国经济社会发展过程中的重要力量,但融资难的问题已严重阻碍了我国中小企业的发展。融资租赁作为一种新型的融资工具,集融资与融物于一体,与传统的银行贷款等相比具有独特的优势。然而,融资租赁在我国起步较晚,发展还处于初级阶段,所以学术界对融资租赁及相关领域的研究较少,对这一领域的成果不是很丰富,融资租赁的理论和实务工作者对融资租赁的概念、特征也存在着分歧,中小企业的从业者对这一融资方式也较为陌生。正是基于这一现实背景以及本人的工作关系,酝酿了对中小企业融资租赁进行可行性研究的想法。 本文希望能够通过研究,能够有助于促使我国政府、融资租赁的理论研究者和实务工作者共同关注并积极推动我国中小企业融资租赁的发展,使我国融资租赁公司更好地为企业特别是中小企业服务,将各方面优势发挥出来,满足客户的租赁需求,使融资租赁真正成为我国中小企业的融资新途径,以期为我国企业融资租赁的研究和发展做出微薄的贡献。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important force in the process of economic and social development in China, but the problem of difficult financing has seriously hindered the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. As a new financing tool, financial leasing has unique advantages compared with traditional bank loans. However, finance lease starts late in our country, and its development is still in the initial stage. Therefore, the academic research on financial leasing and related fields is less, and the results in this field are not very rich. The theory and practice of financial leasing have different characteristics on the concept of financial lease, and the practitioners of small and medium-sized enterprises are unfamiliar with this financing method. It is based on this realistic background and my working relationship, brewing the idea of feasibility study on financing lease of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper hopes that through the research, it can help our government, financial leasing theory researchers and practitioners to pay attention to and actively promote the development of financial leasing in small and medium-sized enterprises in China. In order to make our financial leasing companies better serve the enterprises, especially the small and medium-sized enterprises, and give full play to the advantages of all aspects, to meet the leasing needs of our customers, the financing lease has become the new financing way for the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. With a view to making a modest contribution to the research and development of financial leasing in our country.
