建设银行甘肃分行投资银行业务创新方案设计

【摘要】:近年来,我国金融市场发生了深刻变化。首先,企业融资渠道逐渐多元化;其次,利率市场化趋势愈加明显。这势必要压缩银行业长期赖以盈利的传统存贷利差空间,如何拓宽银行业盈利渠道,全面提高收入多样性是建设银行甘肃分行所面临的重大挑战。通过发展投资银行业务来大幅提升中间业务收入无疑就成了建设银行甘肃分行的首选,这也符合国际银行业的惯例。 本文立足投行业务创新视角,运用SWOT分析法,对建行甘肃分行投行业务发展作了全面分析和研究,结果表明:甘肃分行投行业务的优势在于长期的客户资源积累、网络覆盖面的立体化以及自身已经建立起来的品牌优势。甘肃分行投行业务的劣势在于分业制度安排下对投行业务发展的制约、所需专业人才的稀少以及业务创新能力不足。甘肃分行投行业务发展的机遇来自于我国经济增长环境、金融市场的巨大变革,并且由此产生的客户的需求变化也会带来投行业务发展的机遇。甘肃分行投行业务的发展面临的威胁主要来自于省内同业竞争的加剧以及日趋严格的内外部监管条件。 基于以上分析结果,本文最终提出了建行甘肃分行投资银行业务创新方案。建行甘肃分行虽然属于大型国有商业银行,但与国际上公认的纯粹意义上的投资银行机构有着本质的区别,加之处于不同的国情下,肩负的社会责任截然不同。既要对赚取存贷款利差等传统盈利模式依靠惯性继续挤压投资银行业务发展空间保持警觉,更要对名义上是投资银行实际上属于传统贷款的做法保持警觉。在目前我国银行业经营的各类业务中,投资银行业务是对资本市场变化感知最敏锐的业务,是帮助客户解决融资困难最有效的手段之一,因此,要进一步加强发展投资银行业务的对策:迅速提高通过投资银行发展中间业务,实现中间业务收入重要性的认识是目前建行甘肃分行的首要任务:在不违反各方监管要求的前提下,不断创新信贷机制,赋予投资银行内部运行机制一定的自主性、灵活性,为投行业务释放越来越大的发展空间;充分利用网络覆盖面的立体化以及自身已经建立起来的品牌优势培育一批具有较高忠诚度、较高业务贡献度的客户群体,借助客户推荐客户,不断提高客户对建行甘肃分行投行业务品牌的认知度;坚持在业务发展中控制风险的观点。本文基于上述认识对建行甘肃分行投行业务从五个方面进行了设计,对投行业务创新中必须遵守的原则和方向进行了揭示,对投行业务的考核以及风险内控机制进行了安排,设计了投行业务运行机制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's financial market has undergone profound changes. First, the enterprise financing channels gradually diversified; secondly, the interest rate marketization trend is becoming more obvious. It is bound to reduce the traditional margin of deposit and loan interest that the banking industry depends on for a long time. How to widen the profit channel of the banking industry and improve the income diversity in an all-round way are the major challenges facing the Gansu Branch of China Construction Bank. By developing investment banking business to increase the income of intermediate business, it is undoubtedly the first choice of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch, which is in line with the practice of international banking. Based on the perspective of investment banking innovation and using SWOT analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the development of investment banking business in China Construction Bank Gansu Branch. The results show that the advantage of investment banking business in Gansu Branch lies in the accumulation of long-term customer resources. The three-dimensional coverage of the network and its own established brand advantages. The disadvantage of investment banking business in Gansu Branch lies in the restriction of investment banking business development under the arrangement of separation system, the scarcity of professionals needed and the insufficiency of business innovation ability. The opportunity for the development of investment banking business in Gansu Branch comes from the economic growth environment of our country, the huge change of financial market, and the change of client demand will also bring opportunities to the development of investment banking business. The threats to the development of investment banking business in Gansu Branch are mainly due to the intensification of interbank competition and the increasingly stringent internal and external regulatory conditions. Based on the above analysis results, this paper finally puts forward the investment bank business innovation scheme of CCB Gansu Branch. Although China Construction Bank Gansu Branch belongs to large state-owned commercial banks, it is essentially different from the investment banking institutions in the pure sense recognized by the international community. In addition, under different national conditions, its social responsibilities are quite different. It is not only necessary to keep alert to the traditional profit mode such as earning deposit and loan interest difference and so on, depending on inertia to continue to squeeze the business development space of investment bank, but also to remain alert to the fact that investment bank is actually a traditional loan. Investment banking is one of the most sensitive business to capital market change and one of the most effective means to help clients solve financing difficulties. To further strengthen the development of investment banking business countermeasures: to rapidly increase the development of intermediary business through investment banks, Realizing the importance of intermediate business income is the primary task of CCB Gansu Branch at present: on the premise of not violating the regulatory requirements of all parties, it is necessary to continuously innovate the credit mechanism and give certain autonomy and flexibility to the internal operating mechanism of investment banks. Release more and more development space for investment banking business; fully utilize the three-dimensional network coverage and brand advantages that have been established to cultivate a group of customers with high loyalty and high business contribution. With the help of customer recommendation, the customer's recognition of the investment banking brand of CCB Gansu Branch is constantly improved, and the viewpoint of controlling risks in the business development is adhered to. Based on the above understanding, this paper designs the investment banking business of China Construction Bank Gansu Branch from five aspects, reveals the principles and directions that must be observed in the innovation of investment banking business, and arranges the assessment of investment banking business and the internal risk control mechanism. The operation mechanism of investment bank is designed.
