我国银行业监管的有效性研究

【摘要】：中国成功入世以后,银行业作为我国金融业的主要机构在面临机遇的同时也面临着诸多的挑战,由于银行也本身的所具备的特点并不能够非常有效的应对国际环境加给我国银行业的挑战,因此,银行监管作为保证银行业稳健发展的中坚力量就变得必不可少,这同时也是给银行监管机构是否能够有效地维护好银行的有序发展和在提高银行业在国际中的行业竞争力给予的一次考验。笔者就是通过对我国银行业监管的有效性方面分析,进而构建出了评判银行监管的指标体系来对我国银行监管的有效性做实证分析,本文得出的结果是,目前,我国银行业监管的有效性仍然落后,并尝试性的找出了影响银行监管有效性的因素,并针对性的从提高监管当局的监管能力、增强被监管者的内部控制能力和努力构造和谐的银行监管环境等方面提出相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:After China's successful accession to the WTO, the banking industry, as the main institution of China's financial industry, is facing many challenges as well as opportunities. Since the banks themselves do not have the characteristics to deal with the challenges posed by the international environment to China's banking industry, banking supervision, as the backbone of ensuring the steady development of the banking industry, has become indispensable. At the same time, it is a test whether the bank supervisor can effectively maintain the orderly development of the bank and improve the competitiveness of the banking industry in the international market. Through the analysis of the effectiveness of banking supervision in China, the author constructs an index system to judge the effectiveness of banking supervision in China. The result of this paper is, at present, The effectiveness of banking supervision in China is still lagging behind, and try to find out the factors that affect the effectiveness of banking supervision, and improve the regulatory capacity of the regulatory authorities. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the internal control ability of the supervisors and to construct a harmonious banking regulatory environment.
