【摘要】：面对"百年一遇"的金融危机,"非常规性货币政策"成为了学界、业界关注的热点。深入分析非常规性货币政策实施的背景和特征,探讨提高非常规性货币政策有效性的重要途径,对于促进经济的平稳复苏,最终实现非常规性货币政策的合理退出,具有重要的现实意义。
